A tasty change from the usual BLT sandwich is these BLT Burgers with Sriracha Aioli. The beef patty, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomato taste great with the spicy sriracha aioli. It's a burger that will satisfy your hunger!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of bacon. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat. While the grill is heating up, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until it's crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and garlic powder to make the Sriracha Aioli. Set it aside. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to your desired doneness. While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes, or until they are slightly browned. Assemble the BLT burgers by spreading a generous amount of Sriracha Aioli on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the aioli, followed by a tomato slice, a cooked burger patty, and a slice of crispy bacon. Top each burger with the other half of the toasted bun. Serve the BLT Burgers with Sriracha Aioli immediately and enjoy!
