That's the resistance flag!

The orange represents Neutralists and the blue represents Pacifists, both groups helping each other fight the rulers of this world ^^

Long answer:

Basically, in my story there's two sides of conflict: The Rulers and The Anti-Violence Resistance

So, in this world what determines your worth as a human is your strength and your aggressiveness.

Strong people are usually Emperors and Generals, while weak people suffer. This of course, leads to disabled and non-violent people being horribly treated.

Now, there's also two sides to the community of non-violent people!

Neutralists, who will do the minimum of violence they have to, so they can live without the fear of being kicked out of their home or even region

and Pacifists, refusing to support the system where the better you're at beating the crap outta someone the better for you (which leads to 65% of them being homeless and poor)

Even though they sometimes disagree, Neutralists and Pacifists have one goal: To make a world where being weak doesn't make you disgusting in the eyes of society.
