I say at least once a day to people that they have to remove their tongue piercing if they don't want to have mechanical tooth loss, and that it makes their periodontitis a grade C instead of grade A which means rapid tooth loss

Tongue piercings also mess up with the flora and bacteria in your oral cavity which increases plaque and bacterial growth

I'll add a picture below of what tongue piercings can do with your dental health, but as a dental health care worker it would feel wrong of me to give him one AND PERAONALLY I don't see Eren as a tongue piercing guy (nor do I like them on guys LMAO) so yeah you won't see him with any piercings in my fic, I kind of see Eren as STEM guy and that his dad was pretty strict with hygiene so yeah no SORRY I know I'm the fun police but I am who I am...
