I just read the last part of the Willow comic.

I dont really blame Ash for being angry anymore.

I thought they had a fight over the fact Willow feelt like an outcast at the warrior herd and Ash just didnt care about her feelings and just thought no one should leave the warriors because they are the best.

But Willow just left, no goodbye or explanation, it went days before Ash got worried and then told that her sister had left the herd.

Ash obviously loves her sister and was very protective of her. So for Willow to leave without a word must be very hurtful.

First I thought it was weird that it took days for to Ash to worry, but then I realised there is no real danger in Wildwoods, no predators and no horse that seem to be especially cruel to others.

And especially with the Warriors. Rocco said that even foals are treated like any other member of the herd and seems to be expected to just do whatever.  And with no reason to come home for dinner or whatever, its probably common for individuals to not see eachother for some time. And Willow was an adult so more reason for her and Ash to not seeing eachother everyday.

So uhh... I decided to make Rocco, Juniper, and Willow in the djarn picrew. I’m really happy with how they turned out!

Also yes I’ve given Willow space buns for the pun but also because she’s just really pretty with them

How is it that willow has a blue mane?

Mystic herd is the only ones that has blue in their coats and everyone that has blue coloring is from the mystic herd. That include Starshine. I assumed it was a genetic thing.

But willow isnt from the mystic herd. So she shouldn't have that gene.

Maybe ash and Willow has one warrior and one mystic parents. And willow just got the blue gene while Ash didnt. And that is another reason why willow never felt part of the warrior herd.

Another theory is maybe a ritual? Mystic is all for that arent they? So maybe she ate something that cause her mane to become blue.

Or so is the mushrooms in her mane that dies her mane. She might feel at home with the mystic, but would still feel like an outsider when she is the only one without any blue in her coat.

Random headcanon: The mushrooms in her hair started growing in there after bleaching and dying her hair blue! The blue dye comes from the mushrooms and so they started growing there and she just went with it

Also Ash looks a little off style but I guess it's still alright

Fun fact: Willow is my favourite and I decided to give Mystics elf ears because it would be pretty
