Today during my walk I ragebaited myself with Hopper, the dude was DEAD to the world, to Hawkins what do you mean he is chief police again as if nothing ever happened, maybe he could work as police again but my dude had military and the RUSSIANS after his ass, and what? He robbed the guy who was actually working as chief of his job? Hopper is literally a caricature of himself in that epilogue how is the GA just accepting this BS

Finished stranger things again and without sounding like a big baby bitch, I realized why the end hit me as hard as it did.

Hopper reminds me a lot of my dad, like...a lot. Both good and bad sides. And my dad died when I was 15, same age as Eleven in the show. I also knew the moment my mom turned to look at me. I have a letter from him still, in my headboard.

Suffice to say, I really hope Hopper isn't actually dead, for Eleven. Yeah, I know it's fictional, but let me live vicariously thanks.

Okay, I’m sorry, but I just finished Stranger Things episode 5 (season 1), and I find it so hilarious that Sheriff Jim Hopper is literally out there showing off his skills by solving approximately 1000 mysteries on the show, some of which have been going on for years in-canon, all in search of some kid that he didn’t even really care that much about.
