@stillineroda Bella made such an interesting comment in her setlist tracker that I want to extend to here:
Harry's allocated stagetime is 30 minutes longer than Louis', while Louis still regularly plays 4 songs more than Harry. And both of them had a few small and 2 big chats in their set, too.
That's all completely normal, though, since Harry had longer intros and interludes. Harry also went off stage with 5 more minutes of stage time to spare last night.
Stagetime is usually tightly timed beforehand and I reckon there's at least 5 more minutes calculated in for him to talk to the audience, but that he might've been so nervous last night that he didn't use up all of his chat time, yet. But that's just my personal guess.
For huge productions like Harry's, which have to be timed meticulously, it's completely normal to allocate at least 5 mins of extra set time for possibilities like accidents/incidents (instrument or wardrobe malfunctions, technical difficulties [like a mic swap], etc.) chat time, fan projects, fan chants, etc. And from my experience, the more comfortable an artist becomes with their new tour set, the more they will start using every single minute they've got and also start stretching it out a little here and there 🤭
