The need for sleep was pressing down on each of them until their eyelids drooped and their posture stooped. They’d been out tracking down escaped convicts until the stars blinked out of sight, taking their leave as their shadows grew in the sunlight. And it hadn’t been passive tracking either - the escape was labelled as a city-wide emergency and Jump itself was locked down until everyone was rounded up, each of the criminals putting up a fight that lasted anywhere from a handful of seconds to infinite minutes. When they’d begun, the clock blinked at 4, and it was almost 1 in the afternoon as the five Titans finally took their leave. The empath struggled to pretend her legs weren’t shaking as Starfire stifled a yawn that spread around them in a perfect circle. For a moment, the five teens viewed the prospect of getting home as too daunting to undertake. But they managed, even if the pavement was beginning to look welcome.Raven’s portal shut behind them instantly, and even Starfire was walking towards the couch, the energy sapped from her flight. "I don't think I can move." Beast Boy groaned from behind her, but Raven paid no mind as his voice travelled towards the hallway."On reserve battery, gotta go plug..." Cyborg murmured, and in a few minutes he was off, down the hallway, and judging by the distinct lack of a large, metallic clunk, she could only assume Cyborg made it to his room after all."Titans East is going on-call." Robin's voice came from at the keyboard, and through her heavy lidded eyes, she could see the screen light up with Bumblebee's concerned expression, but the details of the call were beyond her energy to focus on. Soon after, she joined Starfire on the couch, propping her head up with a pillow, and she pulled up her hood to block the light as her legs folded to tuck themselves against her.She didn't even mind when she heard a 'thump' cross the room, and a slight weight against her legs wasn't enough to merit a response from her. From the crack of an opened eyelid, she could see a flash of green skin curled against her, blanket tucked around his shoulders, and a heavy smile on his face. The couch sagged as it supported four exhausted Titans, but no one minded, the tangle of limbs and skin as they were, only moments before sleep finally engulfed them all despite the garish light of day."'Night, Rae."
