Hello, lovelies!

Sorry it’s been dead here for a few days - I’m in the midst of moving flats! It’s been a few hectic and heat wavy days, tell you that much. I just wanted to drop a line and show myself and declare I have yet to perish or go mad from the sun and to let you in on the discovery I made yesterday, when stacking all my stuff into the new sitting room of said new flat (because I don’t have access to my bedroom until Tuesday when the lovely Roxanne leaves to head back to France). 

The discovery was this, hidden in one of the corners of the bright bright bright sunshiny room -->

Now. It’s not an exact same model as that of the Winchesters, but it’s the same make and I’ll be damned if it’s not the most glorious green and I’m going to sort all the crap surrounding it out (meaning faulty shit has to leave this new place of mine asap and yes, you two men with whom I’m now shacking up - I am a person who likes to organise her shit and does not want these eyesores collecting dust for no reason behind the sitting room door!!) (anyway) I’m going to put this green darling on display.

And I’ll fill her up with ice and beer and Smirnoff Ice with tiny little umbrellas sticking out of them so, you know, if ever you’re in London...

Glad you got a group of interested people to take round! I will definitely come along if I’m ever in the area but as of now that’s very unlikely, unfortunately for me.

Anyone who wants to look at Rhopalomyia galls and coyote brush and egrets, stop by the Carpinteria salt marsh at 10 a.m. on the first Saturday of the month. We meet at the marsh entrance near the south end of Ash Avenue. Good times for all.

So lately I’ve been feeling like I should talk with my followers and mutuals more, but I know it’s sometimes hard for people to take that first step and not feel like they’re somehow bothering the other person (And I’m an introvert too, so it’s exactly the same for me!).

So to that end, I just wanted to put it out there that my Skype ID is booksong15.  It’s a Skype account I have specifically for chatting with internet friends, which means if I show up as online, it’s an open invitation to talk to me!  So if you feel more comfortable in that format, send me an invite; we can talk about fandom things of course, but if you just feel like telling me about your day or having me gush about your art/fics/blog/etc that’s cool too.

Also certain friends have been telling me to get a Twitter account, so I may soon inhabit that social media realm too...

Summary:

There are arguments against fraternization between supervisors and subordinates for a reason. Harry knows this. Eggsy wants him to forget.

This is probably the worst situation he could be in, to be honest. Because Eggsy’s big blue eyes (Christ, so beautifully cerulean, like the sea on a summer’s day and Harry wants to drown in them) are starting to be Harry’s biggest weakness, and all he has to do is turn them on and ask Harry for just about anything. Please, Harry, lunch on Sunday? was the first, and now here they are, two months in, and Harry’s starting to wonder if he should, or even could, reestablish some boundaries.

Hey so like, if I know you in real life, I’d be totally down to like go out on a photo shoot with you and like take pictures because I figure I’m going to have to start doing that to make money, but I want to get a feel for how to do that with people for subjects, so. And if you’d want to like give me art or food or good times in exchange, that might be cool, too. Yeah.
