I don't think I've ever drawn anything as fast as I did this one.

Does rlly matter cuz today's the deadline but I wanted to post this here too since tehcnically I did post it on instagram but THEY SHADOWBANNED ME, AND NOW NOBODY CAN SEE IT >8'D (I was hoping it woudlve ended before the contest ended so more contestants could see it and such but no!!! (I crave death))

I am so hype for this contest! Discovering Star Crossed made me feel like Delwyn would fit right into this world and I was sad to learn I missed a contest previously to have my character added to the comic. I love CrimsonChains art and how she draws the boys and characters over all <33 I’ve been swamped with work for the later half of the month, so I haven’t been able to work on this as much as I wanted to. I hope this dress up “doll” I have designed works for the contest.

Below is some rambles about Delwyn, if anyone cares to read it.

I had really wanted to draw Delwyn’s cousin (Ellis) and his cousin’s fiancée (Reese), because the two would 110% bully Delwyn into going onto the dance floor. I might still draw them even if I don’t get into the comic, after work chills out, lol Delwyn is a very shy bean and soft spoken... He’d be sooo embarrassed when he realizes he danced with Polaris or anyone important! This leads to my favorite fact about him: He blushes golden! <33 And, while this probably doesn’t fit into the world of Star Crossed, he can make the little golden “stars” he has all over his outfit and antlers! I like to think of them as magic made into a physical from and can be used to do many kinds of spells or for people without magic.

So I decided to join the ball!

Grand Duke Nova De Hydrus, charismatic and charming if mischievous and a little deceptive is entering the ball!

I enjoyed very much drawing them and creating an oc for @crimson-chains awsome universe!

Also while Hydrus is indeed a women (in body at least) they're genderfluid, so man and woman! But they indeed like to create chaos by confusing the hell out of the people around them..

Anyway it was fun! I hope y'all liked this oc as well! Then take care everyone! 💜~
