Flavor Profile=Larger Encompassing Flavor
Group Size= How Common said group is
Minor vs Major= Basically Minor means the grouping is a more specific flavor group while Major are more over-arching flavors (kinda like the Flavor Profile but not necessarily since some Tropical flavors could fall under even bigger groups like Berry or Plant)
I do want to make more of these, I just don't know when or how many (although I do want to do some of the more obvious ones like Faeries, Vanillians, Chocolates, and Cheeses. I also want to do Herbs and Wizard-Baked at some point.) Feel free to recommend any cookie flavor you'd want to see!
I made these sheets just for fun. They not only provide some background lore for my AU but just shows off my headcanons for how flavors work in the cookie world. I simply enjoy finding out about cookies from across the Cookie verse.

Gingerbrave, pure cinnamon cookie:
Pure Cinnamon cookie is corrupted gingerbrave. The administrator of intransigence. Pure Cinnamon cookie in his home timeline lost almost everyone he loved, gingerbright, gingerdozer, skater cookie, he lost everyone he held dear. So he started to study things like necromancy, which made him discover how soulstones work. From what he read soulstones hold life powder that dosent stay on the cookies dough, and how rumor has it if you eat soulstones you can not only use it to create and bring back life, but also make you invincible with the more you eat.
Now Pure Cinnamon cookie in gingerbraves body, has brought the friends who died in both timelines back and has repurposed the town square(or dragon city) into a paradise where change dosent need to happen, for PCC (Pure Cinnamon cookie sees change ad a bad thing).
Funfacts:
Pure cinnamon cookies minions are skater cookie, gingerdozer, and gingerbright, as well as all the first batch. While skater cookie and gingerdozer are happy with their new life, gingerbright has been forced to smil3 constantly for the sake of consistency and ti boost cookies moral
When Pure Cinnamon Cookie is mad, his hair becomes torch like, basically becoming fire inspired by @lov3-sweet ancient gingerbrave design, as well as his face becoming similar to eternal sugar cookies second angry sprite
Thanks to @summerdoddles suggestions, Pure cinnamon cookies snake tail will be cinnamon stick like, since his name is Pure CINNAMON Cookie
Pcc has white icing bones resembling ribs.
Pure cinnamon cookie does gain the soh's wings, and i imagine two ways i could pull this off. One, he wears a cloak which is wings are connected to his wings, and the cloak has is souljam. Or two, his back has grown wings made of rainbow like jam (the colors of Eternal Surgar Cookies wing highlights), which when he's mad the eyes appear which are the cookies souls he's eaten via the soulstones
pure cinnamon cookie can shape-shift parts of his body from all the soulstones he's eaten. And His candy cane sword, now scythe, has his soulstone in the middle
His ins is from both butcher vanity sung by yixi and praise the wool by recD. The reason behind both is because, a, Pure cinnamon cookie is technically a Cannibal since he's eating what basically is a cookies heart organ, and praise the wool because he's basi a cult leader and is technically allowed inspired by cotl
He found the spell the witch of light used and turned the shadow witch into a cookie, so basically she's like nariender
He does wear armor, but only on the bottom part of his head, his arms, and his feet.
Simialr to eternal sugar cookie, he's obsessed with Carameleon cookie in the way esc was with hbc, loving how adorable he is
Wizard Cookie, Umbrous Cream Cookie
Umbrous cream cookie, the absorber of mana, and the warlock of sadism. In his timeline, he used a spell to escape the witches castle, but since it was a highly advanced spell he wasn't ready for, it removed all his mana he had and disabled his abilty to get more with things like mana jellies. This caused him to become bitter from not being able to traditionally use magic, his passion. He studied all he could to find a way to restore his magic, and learned about runes that can take a cookies mana, yet leave enough for them to be able to gain more, but it caused alot of pain. At first when he used it, Umbrous Cream Cookie, still currently wizard cookie, felt guilty for hurting cookies just because he wanted to use magic, but overtime he grew pleasure from it, having 'no empathy' to hurting others, but deep down, under his veil of sadism, there's a hint of guilt for his actions (Similar to how mistake flour cookie trys to act apathetic)
Funfacts:
Umbrous cream cookie has elements from both of mystic flour cookies costumes. For example he has the veil from the morning dew of apathy connected to his hat, as well has the weird things connected to her hair, and the Leavened ones jewls, which in this case are the runes that take magic
he managed to defeat moonlight cookie and used parts of it to make his staff stronger, so it kinda looks like the staff that @lov3-sweet designed
Umbrous cream cookies minions are starfruit cookie, licorice cookie, and cinnamon cookie. Star fruit cookie and licorice cookie are forced against they're will to work for him, but cinnamon cookie is willing since he is curious about what using real magic is like, and Umbrous Cream Cookie is at least willing to share some of it with him (cinnamon cookie is basically like Umbrous Cream Cookies cloud hetea cookie)
His color pallet is more similar to the azure mag3 or the morning dew of apathy.
Out of all the corrupted gingergang, he gets along with bane berry cookie (corrupted strawberry cookie)
Bonus:
Since I mentioned the beasts (minus silent salt cookie) and the real gingergang are still around as shadows of the new sins, here's there relationships with eachother
Pure Cinnamon Cookie:
Gingerbrave- he sees this timeline version of him as blind and needs to see the truth, so hopes that if he continues to show Gingerbrave his work, he'll realize change is the enemy. While GingerBrave knows Pure Cinnamon Cookie is dealing with greif in a terrible and unhinged way
Eternal Surgar Cookie- pure cinnamon cookie admires learning about Eternal sugar cookies garden and hopes to make his city just as amazing as it. While Eternal Surgar Cookie, after hanging out with gingerbrave, has slowly realized how fucked up her methods were
Umbrous cream cookie:
Wizard Cookie- umbrous cream cookie hates the fact that wizard cookie is the core timeline him, and absolutely despises that fact. While wizard cookie hates to see what he could've become, and tries to show UCC (Umbrous Cream Cookie) that he's barely themself anymore, their no longer doing magic for just loving it.
mystic flour cookie- although UCC dosent have much to say about mfc, Mystic flour cookie, no longer putting up a wall of apathy after her death and revival, is actually slightly scared of Ucc, seeing how instead of crumbling cookies he's tormenting them while taking their magic, makes her realize that what they both did/are doing is bad
