today, gonna be talking about

🐺Vincent aka Vin

Originally didn't have a name until he asked John one day. They had a back and forth on suggestions and Vin being rightfully picky -- he told John it needed to sound strong. John mulled on this for a bit and asked what about Vincent. Vin asked "isn't that a part of your name?" John answers it is but he's technically got 3 names (first and 2 middle names) and he's only using one of them anyway... he did love it and loved it even more that it means "to conquer".

He doesn't howl that much and when he does, it's soft. Brian jokes that he's trying to call ghosts with how he sounds.

Vin can communicate and understand most animals. You'd think the cats would be the one's who gossip, but it's a tie between dogs and birds. It's amusing to see him talk to Spaghetti when she's chatty.

He's more active in the nighttime than the day time. Vin uses that time to guard the house, more or less, and make breakfast for Brian in the morning. Sometimes though, he will chill and hang out on the back porch of the house. The night air feels great.

Has his own space in the house, the den. Vin's den. It's cozy with a big round bed, lots of pillows and blankets, a fake (?) water fall. It always has the best view and plenty of sunlight as well. Brian did fuss at him for the size of the bed but Vin likes to sleep at different spots on it. That and plenty of space for... activities.

BONUS: Vin's voice is a little gravelly when he speaks.

BONUS BONUS: He likes to wear collars. Brian told him that he looked handsome with it on. Anything to impress his mate. :)

Tonight, (or today!) I'll be choosing Amelia Aurum. Though she's not yet fully established, and there's more stories to tell with her, I really really would love to have you all to get to know her!

She and her brothers were treated as royalty back then. Her brothers were called princes, while she was Princess Amelia, due to their mother being a real princess. The vampire society respected them and Andres (for bagging a princess to be his bride). This royal treatment faded when the Beaus (especially the sisters) rose to power.

As she is technically a princess through her mother, one of Andres' plans was to delegate her on Gertrude's kingdom, making it under House Aurum's rule. Overlord Straud was against it, so Andres backed off, as he respects the Overlord's decisions, at that time.

She's older than the Beau sisters and the Asvang children. Both are the "third generation", while she is only in "second generation". At that time, their House was close to rank second to House Straud. They were pushed back when the Beau sisters were born.

Originally to be wedded to Vladislaus. There was no contract or any agreement behind it, it was merely Andres' suggestion to Vladislaus. The latter never agreed to it, nor did he disagreed. The Overlord would always skirt around the subject of marriage, not until House Beau proposed to him to be married with Lady Lorraine.

The only friend she considered back then would be the vampire who entered seclusion, the only person of their kind that gave attention to her.

Oh man, the kids gave Hawk a bow to match his saddle pad. 😳🫣

But ... yes, he actually loves these. 😊

He is sent to training with it.

Hawk is so proud of his big bow tie. All the horse girls had watched him train. 🥰

Thanks for the ask! I was also sent this by @lynzishell so I'm going to do this for 2 Sims, Lucy and Matt from my DiMarco story.

Lucy Steel

Though she may look more straight-laced, Lucy actually has the mouth of a sailor at times. She enjoys a little crass humor when she's around people who don't mind it.

She's the "Mom friend" type who always checks in with her friends and makes sure they're taken care of. She's the one who'll drop what she's doing to help out a friend in need (and maybe give a little lecture).

Lucy is quite athletic and loves to hike and rock climb. I ended up scrapping part of Paul's arc where he, Lucy, and Danica climbed to the top of Mt. Komorebi but I still consider it cannon to the story.

Out of all of her brothers, she's closest to Paul and Matt. She had a hard time relating to her youngest brothers due to the age gap (for real in the game, she and the younger boys were friends but held festering grudges against each other most of the time, even after she moved out).

Lucy is very sociable. She was one of the few who actually loved doing group projects in school because she likes to delegate and collaborate with other people, and she was good at it.

Matt DiMarco

Unlike his older sister, Matt doesn't like to be crude. He doesn't really curse or like to gossip.

He is the middle child among the 5 DiMarco children and he's the one who gets along with all of his siblings the best. He's closer in age to Lucy and Paul than he is to Anthony and Daniel, but he liked to play with his younger brothers when they were growing up and was proud of his big brother role.

Matt's wife Kaylynn is the only person he's ever been with romantically and sexually, and he's okay with that. He's known she was the one as soon as they met, and he doesn't feel like he's missing out on anything.

He wants to have a big family like the one he grew up in. Of course it depends on what Kaylynn wants as well, but he would be happy with a house full of kids.

Matt is usually a pretty happy guy. He doesn't get angry often (unless someone is being cruel to someone else) and he's usually able to look on the bright side of things.
