#Repost @jasianverney with @use.repost ・・・ “Big heARTs for Seoul & London”! Firstly, if you’re in Seoul, you simply have to check out this exhibition by @start.art.seoul / @start.art.global and @the.seouliteum (#SeoulForest area) soon, because it ends on 6th September! The artwork there is magnificent, and I’m not just saying that because my Korean friend (of about 8 years) has his wonderful ‘mirror’ art there, but because there is SO MUCH to see, by Korean, Japanese & other International artists! Secondly, if you’ve ever caught some of my earlier video works (especially ones which go back to the early part of this last decade, like 2014!) you’ll see a lot of great Korean art and Korean musicians, ‘skilfully’ edited together by yours truly. Mr @seo_tommy (서동일) is one of the artists I’m referring to here - you can see a little of his earlier work in the accompanying video clip from 2014. Sure, he may like London and I may quite like Seoul but we are both artists with similar passions. Thanks as always for your friendship and hospitality in general, & thanks for the little gift… I may have to use them to revisit this brilliant exhibition. Last Monday the 11th myself and my lovely assistant @siobhanhartonstudio took off on our adventure to @start.art.global in the @saatchi_gallery London. Not knowing what to expect we hoped for the best and my main intention was to return home last night with no paintings. Well I'm happy to say that dream came through not through immediate sales but by being asked to join @vachebleuegalleries who will now represent my work in the UK. They currently have a gallery in St.Albans and are opening their second gallery soon in Watford. I'm delighted that I will soon have my work hanging alongside fantastic artists such as @urbanartist.dk and @pureevilgallery and @tommyfiendish 🎨 Vache Bleue Galleries have already shown me great kindness and have exciting plans for my work for the future so watch this space! 😊 Finally I have to say one of the best part of being at StART was all the amazing artist and gallerists from all around the world that surrounded us, they really made an exhausting week pass quicker and with lots of laughs.
