⋆.ೃ࿔*:･ if you've been following this blog for a while now, you likely know that i like to build bigger. it allows for more details on the exterior (which is honestly, my favourite part of the building process). but i thought i'd venture a little out of my comfort zone to build something on the smaller side, inspired by this build i saw on pinterest. i think it turned out pretty cute, though it's not as detailed as i’m used.

i'll let you all know if i end up adding more details

also, also! i'm back with the copper roof trim!!! hopefully, when it finishes oxidising, the build will look closer to what i had imagined when building it!

Just ended my first partial season on the ReloadedSMP Minecraft server! Was only there for the last 3 weeks of season 2, but I had so much fun! Can't wait to be there for the start of season 3!

I only had time to create a starter base and didn't get to finish it or landscape, so please forgive the naked side of the base, and hit or miss decor. I never really plan out these kinds of builds, so it's always nice when it turns out relatively well!

Interior done!

Heey everyone,

Today I got a lot done!! finally everything starts to look complete, especially my starter base! I finished the inside and I kind of completed the detailing. The first floor on the outside is done, but I do not know what to do with the second and third floor. If anyone has any ideas, I will be more than happy to hear it!

I absolutely love the inside of this little starter house. It has a complete kitchen from the mod cooking with blockheads, which is my favorite part of this whole house. The house was difficult to decorate, because there was not a big space to work with. For example a sitting area was way to big, so I could not put that in. Despite the lack of room, I think it turned out really good!

while decorating the inside of the house, I made sure there was enough storage. So I put a lot of chest in every little nook and cranny. I also used the terrariums from biomes o’plenty to add some variety, instead of using a flower pot an every blank space there was. 

I am very happy with today, but I am already planning things for tomorrow. I think about maybe building a windmill with a wheat field and maybe some other things, but we will see

✎ lilyport manor first look at lilyport manor in the daytime :) the design for my starter base exterior is not mine, it's waxfraud's! i was mostly a creative mode player, but this specific build from his 1.21 longplay series (as well as luvstar's minecraft and chat about forever worlds) really inspired me to start my own survival world ⋆ ˚｡⋆୨୧˚!

✎ lilyport manor here's another look at my starter base, but at night! i've never thought to build with copper until recently, but i've been obsessed! absolutely adore the look of the blocks after they've been oxidised! especially loving the way the lantern's light hits this block palette with these shaders! also a little hello from achilles as he's chilling in the side porch ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚!

kind of big on formalities, so i wanted to introduce myself — i'm cheese and this here is my skin ✧˚ · . behind me is the little village of lilyport, quite ironic considering it's a plains village, hundreds of blocks away from the nearest ocean mass. currently, it's very quaint, but, as i work towards building the village, it'll hopefully expand towards the nearest port and the village name will finally make sense! i've got big plans for this seed and i'm excited to be documenting my progress on my mineblr :) luckily, i won't be doing all this on my own!!

this puppy here is achilles. i found him a couple of hours into exploring this seed and he's been keeping me company while i work on my builds ❤

it's just him right now, but i'm hoping to adopt a kitty some time in the future so achilles can have a friend to play around with!
