I have strong feelings about the Fubuki brothers and their portrayal in AreOri. Thankfully, I don't like to whine online, and I found some passionate writers that have taken it into their hands to write some amazing fics exploring their characters. I'm gonna scream about that instead!
I had to highlight the second rec despite it being found in the first one because I think it's really good and all Fubuki bro fans should read it!!!

Additional notes:: Despite the number of works, most of them are one shots so they were pretty easy to get through. This series includes the Legacy of the Bear Killer series.

Bookmark notes:: Really interesting post-AreOri fic exploring Atsuya's life after Shirou graduates and leaves the soccer team. As canon shows, he's a really difficult person to get along with and the fic rides on that. Lots of trouble ensues and Atsuya gets character development!
Additional notes:: Props to the title. I think it summarizes the fic really well.

When she is about to share these details to her work partner, Adam Karadec, who was also calling to tell her that he had discovered that her long lost husband Roman Sinquerra, was still alive; and the call stops abruptly, Morgan then realizes Karadec has been shot.

this is one of my FAVORITE fics ever, and actually the fic that got me back into bkdk and helped inspire me to finish my first multichapter fic, so HUGE shoutout to GreyFrey!!
some of my favorite things about this one include but are NOT at all limited to: the enemies AND lovers aspect, the reason why it's rated e, the friendship between izu and todoroki (todoroki is GREAT in this one omfggg), the college professor trope (this trope is SO special to me), and jock and nerd au (i LOVE this au omfg).
overall i cannot WAIT to see this one finish, however bittersweet it's going to be sobbing emoji. GreyFrey has a ton of other bnha and bkdk fic, and all of them that i've read are FANTASTIC and will absolutely be getting recced as well. the author also does some bkdk zine work and has a twitter where they talk about all their writing (they don't JUST write bkdk stuff too if you're a multishipper or just want to read some non-bkdk stuff.) they're also trying to get some of their work published so PLEASE consider giving them some love/kudos/a follow whatever you can. they're super cool and i LOVE their writing and i wanted my first rec to be an unfinished work, because some people DO prefer completed works (totally valid, btw), but we all do this for free, and it's a huge time investment, and i personally get discouraged sometimes when i get low stats. not that it should matter, but yanno! go check this one out, i PROMISE you won't be disappointed lol.

No one in her life would call her impulsive -- okay, most people would call her impulsive, but Gwen would not call herself impulsive, which was the only thing that mattered.
Which was why what she did today was not impulsive. Nope, not at all.
Dybbuk by Lasgalendil is SO incredibly good so far, it’s creepy and suspenseful and focuses a lot on Bucky (and TJ)’s religious beliefs as Jewish boys and their sexual orientations.
