I like to keep it simple and fast. 🥪 🍽😋❤️ - - - Grilled Cheese Recipe Ingredients: 2 tablespoons salted butter Shredded Fontina Cheese Shredded Sharp Cheddar Italian Country Bread - - - Method: Step 1: In a 10” pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter on medium heat. 2 minutes Step 2: Spread a light coat of butter to one side of the bread. Once the butter is melted in the pan, then add the two pieces of bread with the butter side up. 1 minute Step 3: Add shredded fontina to one slice and the shredded sharp cheddar to the other. 1-2 minutes Step 4: With your spatula, flip one slice on top of another, then press down so the cheeses melt evenly. 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Step 5: Flip the sandwich and press down to melt the cheeses evenly on both sides. 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Step 6: You’ll see how the toast looks buttery and toasted while the cheese is perfectly melted.
