The Paleo Party Guest of the day is Ichthyostega!

These tetrapodomorphs represent some of the first animals capable of walking on land and bearing weight on their limbs. A study from 2012 found they might have had skin more similar to seals than to salamanders! They do not qualify as an amphibian despite exhibiting similar build and behaviors.
