Step Circuit Sunday!
Goodmorning tumblies! Happy Sunday to you all! Wishing you the best of days! This morning has been fabulous so far! I woke up at 7:30, had my coffee, ate some breakfast, and ran off to the gym for my Sunday Step/Circuit Class!
Breakfast
For breakfast I made 1 piece of Sourdough toast with Smart Balance, and 2 eggs
It was absolutely delicious! I had a very similar thing yesterday for lunch
When I make sandwiches with egg on them, I typically make the egg like I'm going to make 'over-medium' eggs, and then purposefully break the yolk right before I flip them. I don't like the inside to be runny, but I like it to be less-than well done. It tastes so good! Oh, and since I get a lot of questions about how my eggs turn out "so perfect," I always coat the pan with real butter. Just a thin layer, but it keeps the eggs from sticking and turning that ugly brown crusty color... they taste better when they're prettier... don't cha think? ; )
Snack
After the gym this morning I came home and ate this LARA BAR for a snack. This is one of my favorite flavors: Cashew Cookie
My favorite thing about LARA BAR, is their short list of ingredients! It's rare to find a bar like this!
They're also a good size! They even have 'mini' LARA BAR's now, which are half the size- those are also a great snack!
Workout
At the gym this morning, I did the Step/Circuit Class. I try to do this class every Sunday. It's such a good workout, and it's a change from my usual Step (only) class! The Step Circuit Class is 5 min cardio, then 3 minutes of weights- repeat for 1 hr. It includes a full body workout, stretching, and abs! I love it, and it really gives me a workout switching back and forth between cardio and strength training. It's great! If you have it at your gym- give it a try!
