There was a woman who was really struggling this morning at the 8am AA meeting.  10 days sober, crying, shaking, couple barely speak.  After the meeting I approached her and told her about my home group, a place where she can find women who will give her their numbers to call over the holiday weekend.  Then I asked her if she had a Big Book.  She said no and gave a bunch of reasons why.  I went straight to my car and gave it to her and suggested she should read it.  I said give it back when you are done.  She said what if I don’t see you again.  I said you will see me at meetings we both attend.  I pray that she will read it and keep coming back.  If I never see her or my first Big Book again that’s ok - I know God has a plan for both.

Tuesday 4th April 2017

I’ve been going over past paper questions today, and realising how much content there actually is 😅😅 I’m getting there though, but I’m worried that my lack of familiarity with the type of question is leading me to make silly mistakes that will lose a lot of marks.

Press-ups are difficult, and I feel like I may be peaking. I'be also come to realise that I have hyper-extension problems in my elbows that I need to be aware of so I don’t get arthritis down the line.
