Have you watched the Tv series? How do you feel about it? I have watched some of the TV series. And it's interesting how they felt freer about the sexuality, but not about the age of Claudia. I feel to be afraid of a young child in a vampiric situation loses something - specifically, Lestat's creation of a family to keep Louis with him. But, we all make our choices.

I have to say I... don't quite agree with some of his takes on the characters, but then he went at this from a very different angle than the books did and he also did not have the full books for context back then (some rather important ones of them weren't even written after all).

Still interesting.
