THE GIRLFRIENDS!!! I've been wanting to draw some Stormi art for a while... Ever since I saw the “I’M OKAY” music video. I've never seen that much lesbian stuff in a single episode, my god.. (ﾟ_ﾟ)

Yeeeup I did another Stimber pride month drawing :O and I agonized over it a bit this year too lol. I've taken to doing traditional drawings instead of digital lately, at least, when I have the time and right vibe to draw. I wanted to experiment with different media with this one too - thought about doing digital, watercolor, colored pencil… ended up sticking with marker lol. still had to completely redraw this like 4-5 times before I settled on doing what I always do so… a little afraid it'll become a habit ha ;w;

I hate how the comic's reboot erased every bad personality trait of stormer and downplayed The Misfits as main villains of the series. Bcs come on... They had a great toxic yuri potential and they wasted it with a lame love at first sight plotline with no depth. what made the ship famous is precisely the evolution of their relationship after leaving their bands: they went from mutual hatred to a musical duet, and then to a homoerotic friendship.

Yes, stormer was the kindest misfit and was constantly manipulated by her teamates, yet she was also complicit in their misdeeds and didn't treat Kimber or The Holograms well before temporarily leaving her band. She is more than just someone's girlfriend, and it is truly sad that she was reduced to that role in a project that offered far more creative freedom than an 80s cartoon.

Big day in Tomodachi Life for me. I got my 90s Stimber wedding. It's so cute. Especially Raya singing at it. And Raya's sweetheart is the one moved to tears.

You can only attach one video to a post at a time. So I had to leave out the proposal. They actually proposed at the exact same time. Which is very fitting for how I write Kimber and Stormer.

Stormer cutie pie! I also doodled her and kimber together, it's been years since I've drawn them. How could I ever forget about those two?
