I wonder when the first "stink lines" in art were drawn and who drew them. Did a caveman draw the first stink lines? Is there a painting in a museum somewhere with "first historical instance of stink lines" on its little info plaque?

just hatched a really pretty and Mardi Gras-looking nest with two beauts... and then this rotten little bastard! Mist/Moss/Grape. fucking Moss. she looks moldy 🤢 the Sarcophagus doesn't really help much either and none of the other secondaries I've tried to scry it with are doing it any favors

a shame she's got rare eyes and a funny ID number, I really would not want to keep her otherwise 😭

Some viewers have notified us with criticisms regarding a certain degree of "artistic inconsistency" between consecutive panels. While we take all criticism into account, we must state in this case - and especially in this episode, "Bort's Spiritual Deporture" - that this is really what the show looked like back in the olden days, where the animation quality was constantly changing due to outsourcing to different studios, and we feel that our own diversity of art styles across four panels reflects this in a historically accurate manner, so shut up!!! Let's see YOU do better

I saw the G5 movie. Yeah, I agree, it wasn't BAD, but it wasn't good either. It was a wrote execution of a tired formula. I feel like Sprout added nothing to the plot. He would have been better used for humor constantly fucking up in his duties. I still can't believe Sunny didn't even get a single full movie with smoothback. I still have no fucking clue what half the cast is about. Pipp is an e-celeb, Izzy is a new-age eccentric recluse, Sunny is...the designated main character? Hitch is the eye candy whom animals like? Zipp is...??? She values truth, okay, but other than that she's a void. I need to see the series before I make any sort of judgment. At least that won't be scripted like every Hollywood movie ever. It's still gonna be butt ugly since it'll almost surely use movie assets but with lower quality rendering, but maybe the series will make these characters actual characters. I wouldn't hold my breath though.
