I am out!!! Sitting in the Vault Bar in Penzance realising it's been a year since my last outing so i am making the most of it. Continuing my exploration of Cornish gins. Here is a delight in the form of @stivesliquorco St Ives gin. Every town should have a gin especially if they taste as nice as this. Cornwall's first cold compound style gin is as fresh and crisp as a the beautiful blue sea that laps Porthmeor beach. Served here with a single basil leaf and a happy slice of blood orange.
