To be very honest, Kade would’ve loved the idea of tagging along with her and grabbing something to eat, yet as much as he wanted to, he had to refuse the offer due to the differences between ghoul’s and humans. There’s no way in hell Kade would ever enjoy something what she ate, thinking about the taste of the filthy food things they lived on made the ghoul’s stomach twist, head shaking from the left to the right. ❝I appreciate it, but I’d rather not. We could do something else instead, no? Maybe watch a movie, or go swimming– Or whatever you’re up to.❞

Hyosung was rather confused as to why Kade rejected the offer, but she didn’t mind--she just wanted to catch up with a good friend, and seeing him again after so long made her happy. “Mm, swimming is a perfect idea. How about going cliff diving? Or maybe you’re acrophobic, huh?” she smiled, as she playfully nudged him, before continuing.

“I missed you, and the last time we talked was that time you gave me two tickets to Venice, on my last birthday. I want to know a lot of things that have come by, while we were out of touch!”
