This custom stone home was built in 2019 with the collaboration of architect James McNeal and stone mason Luke Busker in Orono,, Minnesota and now it’s for sale for $6.9M.

This looks nice, but it’s only one of several entrances.

The curved glass makes it look like you’re in an arched open villa. 

These doors lead to an open archway area.

Here’s a patio with an outdoor oven/fireplace.

The kitchen is off the dining area.

This is a cool kitchen- gets lots of light, and look at the display shelving in the window. (Who cares, you’re rich, you don’t have to dust it, right?)

Oooh, a butler’s pantry.

A little industrial design going on, here.

This looks like a small office area.

And, a small sitting area on the other side of the double-sided fireplace.

Love the tower stairs.

Look at the beams in the main bd. This is nice. (6bds in the home)

I love these windows everywhere.

Love how they incorporated modern rustic and industrial styles. It’s more interesting that having the stairs all match. (We don’t want matchy-matchy stairs, do we?)

Lots of room for entertaining.

Not a castle, but it has a cool turret and inside, it’s stunning. 1906 stone house in Minneapolis, Minnesota on the market for $3.8m. 

This beauty is impeccably maintained.

This porte cocher is amazing.

Investigating Stone Mansion

This past weekend I went with my paranormal group full of my girlfriends. We call ourselves the Hot Flash Honeys, well for obvious reasons, haha. This particular ghost hunt, we were investigating Stone Mansion in Winchester, Indiana.
