February 18, 2025 - An ICE van burned down in Philly. According to ICE it was caused by mechanical failure, so lets just take this as inspiration for the next time you see an ICE vehicle. Apparently they burn pretty easily. [link]

In immigration court, due process means getting your case heard by a judge. There are no "peers" because "coming here illegally" is a civil matter . In civil court, you don't have the right to an attorney because it's not a criminal offense.
So, due process for all immigrants is you + judge. And if you have the money, you may hire an attorney to represent you.
ICE agents are not judges. They should never be deciding who get deport and who doesn't.
Stand up for what's right. This is a test.
