Anyone interested in a little intuitive eating book club? I am starting on this book postpartum. I don’t want to keep doing this diet/give up cycle. This book seems like the solution to eat what you want and listen to your body. I just don’t care what I look like as a mom and I just want to accept my body for what it is.
Ideally, we would read a principle each week (or month?) then discuss. Anyone want to? I just ordered the book so it’ll be here soon.
