veganism

lets talk about veganism ok. 

I hate how there’s so much stigma floating around the concept of being a vegan, that we’re stuck up, we’re hippies, we’re malnourished, too thin, picky, uptight, extremist, we all smell of patchouli and we start every conversation about why we’re vegan.

nah - you can all fuck yourselves.

we’re the opposite of malnourished, it’s scientifically proven that the vegan diet is the best and healthiest way to live, the majority of vegans are thin because we don’t consume the fats of other animals and for the last fucking time we don’t smell of patchouli.

we’re accused of shoving our beliefs down peoples throats when you’ve got meat eaters advertising all animal products on the television, in magazines and newspapers, on billboards - you don’t see vegans doing that right? so shut up if someone asks me why i’m vegan, i’m going to tell them why i’m vegan. Meat eaters are 100x worse than any vegan has ever been and i know that from personal experience, every day my friends sit there and eat meat right in front of me, sometimes they even venture to put it in front of my nose so that i can smell it, do we do that with our strawberries? no we fucking don’t. 

don’t know why y’all feel the need to discriminate against us for not eating animal products when you’re the ones feeding the industry which tortures their animals, skins them alive, saws off their beaks, force feeds them proteins which make their bodies too heavy for their limbs so they can’t walk, separates them from their mothers within 15 minutes of being born and puts them in boiling water whilst still alive so i don’t know what the fuck gives you the right to judge us. and don’t even get me started on the environmental impacts meat and dairy farming have. do you like want the planet to die or something?

fuck you all and if you’ll excuse me i’m going to go eat an asparagus.

i went 6 months but sadly i stopped and i felt like a failure.
