When your desires, nafs and weaknesses overtake you, call out to Allah with the duaa of Nuh
'Rabbi annee maghloobun fantasir'
'I am overtaken, so grant me victory!'

Tahajjud....
In the quiet of the night, your prayers reach the highest heavens.
"The distance between dreams and reality is called Tahajjud."
Whether you speak secretly or openly, He surely knows best what is hidden in the heart.
Ask ˹them, O Prophet˺, “Can any of your associate-gods originate creation and then resurrect it?” Say, “˹Only˺ Allah originates creation and then resurrects it. How can you then be deluded ˹from the truth˺?”
Ask ˹them, O Prophet˺, “Can any of your associate-gods guide to the truth?” Say, “˹Only˺ Allah guides to the truth.” Who then is more worthy to be followed: the One Who guides to the truth or those who cannot find the way unless guided? What is the matter with you? How do you judge?
“The believer finds that he is most in need of the Qur’an when trials and tribulations become severe, and he becomes a stranger even in the prayers he prays, even among his family and children. He will not find any solace from his sadness, worry, grief, and alienation greater than the solace of the Qur’an.”🌧❤️🩹
Nowadays everyone like literally everyone has become used to using the word DEPRESSION without realising how much it's affecting others and even themselves. Non-muslims using it were normal before but nowadays the youth of our Muslim community has become so addicted to feeling as if they're facing some great problems which no one else is facing. If any Muslim is reading this, I'd tell you only one thing. THIS LIFE IS MERELY A TEST. Don't let other people speaking about something depressing, affect you in any way. Try learning Islam, knowing how beautiful and peaceful our religion is. STOP thinking that you're facing big problems, there are people out there who are facing way more than you and everyday they wake up with positivity that Allah azzawajal gave them another day to improve themselves. Allah azzawajal doesn't test us to let go of us, instead He SWT wants us to become closer to him.

Ibn Al Qayim says:
"Truly in the heart there is a void that can not be removed except with the company of Allah. And in it there is a sadness that can not be removed except with the happiness of knowing Allah and being true to Him. And in it there is an emptiness that can not be filled except with love for Him and by turning to Him and always remembering Him. And if a person were given all of the world and what is in it, it would not fill this emptiness." 🫀
