I have a friend who committed suicide 3days ago that it almost really got her dead. If someone you know is struggling in their life, listen and don't ignore them. Don't judge, just help them. Failures

When we are young we go to school, play sports, join organizations, as adults  start businesses, have families and we experience both acclaim and failure. We need to understand, when we experience success there were many failures along the way. If we take our failures to move us forward, knowing we need failure to succeed, we won’t feel discouraged and give up.

Our success dealing with failures, is knowing that they exist and are necessary to achieve what we set out after. Depending on our level of self esteem will determine what we achieve. How we feel about ourselves plays a pivotal part in  handling failure.

Failure shows the way,

Learning is layered,

Comes with success.

Our self esteem plays a major part in how we view failure. If we know everyone experiences failure this keeps us away from personalizing it. Making it positive to keep our eyes on the ball.

I reckon if they even realize how it spoils another’s day,

It gets into the others’s mind and heart, such behavior is clearly absurd,

Well if the fault is realized and felt guilty of,

Go to that person, talk to them face to face and sort it all out,

Surely, the Lord of Mercy watches your steps, so they are worthy.

For when you please Him, you feel good,

Equestrians are getting soft! You don't like George Morris because he has mean things to say? Well honey, sorry, but he's telling the truth! I personally went to one of his clinics, and it was the best damn clinic I have ever been too! He wants results from you and your partner, he is there to teach and help you, and when your head is not in that arena with him, he has every right to boot you out.

Throughout the 3 days of the clinic, riders went in the ring on day 1, thinking they were gods, on day 2 some of them wanted to quit, on day 3, they came out Equestrians, hungry for more.

He had the crowd trained not to clap every time someone made it over a jump, but to try and observe what was happening, and fix it. If you take the things he says to you and other riders personally, this is NOT the SPORT for YOU!!!

Equestrianism is not all butterflies and rainbows, and if you really opened up your mind, you would see that, and you would start to learn more about this sport instead of criticizing it!
