Esmeralda: Mummy, are you happy now mummy

Ivy: So much so. Thank you Esme.

Esmeralda: Yay!! I made you happy!!

Madeline: Look who it is! My favourite Princess!!

Esmeralda: Auntie M!! Yay!! Who's that?

Madeline: Hi honey. This Louis, we're together.

Esmeralda: Like mummy and daddy?

Madeline: *looks awkward* Er.. Yeah, I guess. Kinda.

Louis: Yes, but unlike your mummy and daddy, we're not married yet.

Esmeralda: No ring?? You need a ring Auntie M!

Madeline: Maybe in the future, Esme..

Ivy: It's nice to see you both. I thought you would be busy with the Sunflower Gala.

Madeline: We are, but I wanted to make sure that you was okay.. I'm sorry for all this..

Ivy: None of it is your fault Madeline, don't blame yourself.

Louis: That is what I've been trying to tell her. She's got too much of a kind heart and takes every little hiccup personally. Your brother made the mistake, not you.

Madeline: Yeah.. but I just wish I could of seen it coming. So I could talk some sense into the fool. But anyways, we're not here to ask or talk about that.

Ivy: Oh?

Madeline: Well, my father said I need to have extra help with the Sunflower Gala. He suggested Mary, but she's got.. a lot on right now.. but like.. not more than you I guess.. Anyways.. I wanted to ask you Ivy. That is if you wanted to. Avery is also helping out where she can.

Ivy: Honestly Maddy, I would love to. I haven't really felt like a true Albionite yet, always cast off to the side on official events. But you asking me to help out is probably the highlight of my year. I want to show this country that I am serious.. that I care for duty.

Madeline: Trust me Ivy. You have the country on your side. They love you.

Louis: Even Whitmore has been expressing love for you too. Not just because of Victor.. but your dedication. It's admirable.

Ivy: You really think so?

Louis: Of course. Madeline and I really look up to you.

Ivy: That warms my heart.. Thank you both and thank you Madeline for trusting me with this. I won't let you down. I promise.

Madeline: I know you won't. Ivy. You're the best of us.

Through The Ages: Tudor (Story)

Two mysterious nobles showed up at the English court of King Henry VIII. Some say they bore a striking resemblance to some Ancient Roman Statues, others tell of Norse myths about them. However, the truth is that they drank from a fountain of youth as young adults. And they’ve been wandering the earth ever since. But that’s a secret they can’t let get out.

The elder, James Semper (supposedly aged 21) has found favor as one of King Henry’s close friends and advisors. James is romantic, ambitious, good, and wants a soulmate. He’s even been granted the dukedom of Somerset. Of course, he must be careful with the advice he gives the king; the king is known to have a sharp temper.

The other, Alice Aeternum (supposedly aged 20) has become a lady in waiting for King Henry’s fourth wife, Anne of Cleves. She is romantic, outgoing, cheerful, and wants to be a friend of the world. She’s strikingly beautiful to the court, so she has many suitors. The king has even taken a liking to her, and some say she’s being considered as his fifth wife.

Of course, James and Alice are expected to get along. As some of the closest to the King, they’ve danced together at balls and parties quite a few times.

However, there’s something more there. James and Alice have a long history, spanning thousands of years and they’re still completely in love. But they know they can’t marry, as the king would consider that a betrayal. He might send both of them to the Tower of London where they’d meet a grim demise. So their relationship has to be kept a secret.

A quick kiss can always be exchanged in a quiet corridor though.

Ivy and Victor head back to their penthouse after the charity gala and have a talk about their relationship as it stands.

Victor's and Ivy's Penthouse, Downtown Albion

Ivy: This is going to be harder than I thought. All the press wants to ask us is things about her.

Victor: I'm sorry, you know I am. Things that happened between me and Chloe happened before anything in Alagus happened. You just wanted to leave me when my mother was going through so much... I went to talk to her.

Ivy: Still, it should of never happened. I wish I could turn back time and stop myself from going home. I just wanted to be with my family and you with yours. Now we both have lost parts of us that we will never get back.

Victor: I'm sorry.. really.

Ivy: And now with this new addition? This apparent baby..*sniffs as tears well up in her eyes*

Victor: Ivy.. It can't be mine. I may be stupid, but I'm not that stupid. I was safe, trust me.

Ivy: How can I be trusting of you?

Victor: Because she's done this to me before, she's after money. That's all. I promise you that we will do a paternity test, and the world will see how much of a lair she is. I want us to be happy.

Ivy: I want us to be happy too. This will always be in the back of my mind.. Why I wasn't good enough for you. Why you decided to visit her.

Victor: I want to make you feel better. Please Ivy.

Ivy: And the press.. They're going to be scrutinising us at every step now. Looking into every little detail and making wild accusations. Even if this baby isn't yours, they still know you're unfaithful.

Victor: I'm sorry. I will try and make this right. For us, for our future. I meant what I said in Alagus Isle. You are my focus now.

Ivy: Don't worry about the burns, they will heal.. I'm just so happy she's alive and perfect..

Victor: Ivy.. I'm.. I'm just.. so sorry..

Ivy: Please Victor, don't be sorry. You couldn't help what happened and nor could I. It wasn't our faults.

Victor: I know.. But it hurts to know I wasn't here for you..

Ivy: You are here now, my love.

Victor: Mark my words, Ivy. I will let no more pain come to you. You will have all the protection I can offer you. I will be with you and.. and.. her name?

Ivy: Esmeralda, my love.

Victor: Such a beautiful name. You and my Esmeralda will have the best father and husband I can give. I promise you this.

Ivy: We can go home?

Victor: Of course. We will get a new home. One that is far from crowds.. away from any pain..

Ivy: I love you Victor.

Emilia: It's so nice for you to bring Tiffany.. I've missed seeing my grandchildren.

Victoria: She's missed her afternoons with you. I'm sure Thalia and Timothy will come soon, they've just been really busy with schooling.

Emilia: And Madeline? I haven't really seen her come by too often.

Victoria: Madeline.. Well, she's just upset seeing you like this. She doesn't want to break down in front of you. But I'm sure I can convince her to come.

Emilia: Don't force her, I don't mean to make her upset..

Victoria: Of course mumma, I know she has some free time tomorrow afternoon. She's watching Avery's skate practise in the morning.

Emilia: Ah yes, your father mentioned that she's been accepted to the Albion Ice Skate school. I'm hoping to see her perform after I get out.

Victoria: And you will mumma. I promise.

Tiffany: Nana.. Nana..

Victoria: She misses you mumma.

Emilia: I miss her too. Don't tell the others, but she's one of my favourites.

Tiffany: I lwove you.. nana.

Emilia: You make me proud of being old, Victoria. Having a cutie such as this to watch grow. It makes me so proud.

Victoria: *laughs* You're not old mumma. You're young like the rest of us. Here, take her, I think Tiffany wants to lay with you.

Emilia: Hi Tiff.. Nana misses you so very much.

Tiffany: Come home?

Emilia: Soon little one.. Soon. When I feel better.

Tiffany: I make you feel better!

Emilia: *laughs* Yes! Yes you do. When I see your little face, it makes me feel one hundred times better!

Tiffany: Yey!

Emilia: Tell me, what did you do for big brothers birthday?

Tiffany: We ate cake! I ate a lot of cake! I like cake!

Emilia: How’s her tour going? Is she enjoying it?

Arthur: Quite. But she’s worried about you, we all are.

Emilia: She needs to focus on herself. I don’t want me spoiling this trip for her.

Arthur: I know, my love. But you know Mary, she’s very caring. She hates the fact that she had to go with you like this. She would much rather send Adrien alone. 

Emilia: *Laughs weakly* Yes yes, she’s caring. But she needs to act her duty. 

Arthur: I do tell her this. Every morning when she calls me. But I understand her worry. I worry for you too. I hate this, not being able to make you better.

Emilia: You make me feel 100 times better by being here. By my side.

Emilia: *coughs continuously* 

Arthur: Emilia...Emilia. My love. You need to rest. Don’t strain yourself this way. I will be here tomorrow

Emilia: Please.. Please look after me.

Arthur: I always will.
