Ooo okay. I'm gonna answer these for Amerelle, half elf ranger, since I haven't played her for very long.

4. if they could learn one spell that isn’t available to them at present, which spell would it be?

Sending. Omg Sending so much. Because then she wouldn't have to wait for her 'whoops I got caught up in my research/travels' sister to send her the message. Communication people!!

15. do they trust their party? why or why not?

Most - she trusts most of the party. From most to least trusted:

- Rieta, tiefling warlock (Her sister defeated a vampire with her before)

- Ikki, owlfolk monk/rogue (Good natured and a little mischievous, much like her)

- Shago, human NPC (He's a guy)

- Payden, halfling rogue (yes I'm including him. Just met, is a King and good at finding stuff apparently? Judgement reserved)

- Lulu, amnesiac holiphant (she 'accidentally' put a hole in the hot air balloon okay? super sketch.)

- Morgan, human cleric of Bane (he's evil okay? but like, his bf dumped him in a big way. he's having Emotions)

- Aurun, aasimar druid AKA cleric's ex (even before he dumped Morgan in a big way, she got a bad vibe from him. On her hit list.)

23. how do they feel about nicknames, titles, or labels that have been given to them? how do they feel about their name?

Nicknames are fun! Her twin sister is the only one who can call her 'Elly' tho. I think she tends to come off as more reserved and quiet, but it's just cuz she's observing her surroundings in order to make her judgement. She does have some sort of title from her elven heritage (still working on what exactly that is) and she is proud of it, to an extent. More on that below.

36. what’s a secret they’ve kept?

Time for ~family drama~ that hasn't come up in our game yet. (And might not, because I've never mentioned it to our DM oops) Both she and her sister left their elven hometown when they turned 19. What she didn't tell her sister was that she had to convince their father to make herself the 'heir' and promise to return to fulfil those duties (or smth details schmetails). Issarissa is more book-savvy and studious than Amerelle, so even tho she's the younger one, he was going to give her that position.

But Amerelle was like 'she's already read all of the books here, that's gonna bore her to death more than it is me'. She promised their father that she'd return to begin her studies and further them after a few months. So once Issarissa was situated in her new place, Amerelle was like 'yeah, this place isn't for me but it suits you. I'm going to go find a place for me!' and instead of doing that, she went home. And faked a few letters from other places. (This is also the reason that Amerelle knows the Sylvan language while Issarissa doesn't)

For my stabby rogue boy:

1. what is their coffee shop order?

I'm kind of afraid to know what coffee would do to my already very active boy lol He'd probably get some sort of mocha - he’s not one for overly bitter things. 

3.  would/do they know how to drive a car? are they/would they be good at it?

oh boy, Payden would probably know how to drive BUT he would only be able to do stunts. Like, driving normally down a highway? hell no, that boy is swerving through traffic like nobody’s business. expertly dodging other cars and avoiding the cops. hand brake turn? that’s just how he turns corners

In fact, recently on the highway, i saw someone drive faster than 110 km/h on the shoulder. That’s Payden

10.  who do they hate? why?

gosh this one’s a bit hard. i’m not?? sure he hates anybody? at least, not anybody that could theoretically be within dagger’s reach. because anybody he holds any sort of animosity towards...generally ends up within dagger’s reach

the gods though, they’re a different story. he’s seen Talos be a little bitch and jump ship at the first sign of disloyalty. he’s seen how much sway Bane holds over Morgan, a party member who deserves better in his opinion. he heard about how Helm abandoned Morgan in his greatest need - and knows who received Helm’s blessing at that time. A person who’s strings Helm continues to pull

oh, he would fight them if he could. tell them to leave his friends alone and stop using them as pawns in whatever game they’re playing

15.  when was the last time they cried?

*checks notes* okay, so i don’t think i explicitly said it in the notes but, definitely in the astral plane after he and goliath got sent there. there was just so much emotion!! he was worried about morgan, and seeing Nell straight up die again was traumatic! rip queen

17.  when were they the most angry that they’ve ever been?

this one’s a tough one. issarissa isn’t quick to anger, so there aren’t a lot of situations where she would be angry (you’d think that would make it easier but it doesn’t) i think i’m having a hard time because anger isn’t the foremost emotion for her. it’s there but it’s drowned out by other, stronger emotions at the time.

in the future, it’s going to be when/if she finds out about the deal amerelle made with their father (because they didn’t talk about it) but the two moments that speak to me right now are when strahd straight up stabbed johann in the heart. it’s bad enough that he’s undead but now he’s murdered her friend? oh, actual death for strahd. actual death for forever! and two, when her other friend rieta tried to sacrifice herself for the rest of the party. ‘go on without me’ like NO i am staying here you are coming with us you have worth especially to me  please stop misty stepping away, for the love of sehanine

21.  without revealing any secrets, how much of your character’s backstory does the rest of your party know about? 20%? 75%? 0%?

i probably didn’t have 100% of her backstory thought up when we started ahaha i think they know a good chunk tho? maybe 50%? but maybe less, it’s been a while so i’m not entirely certain what i’ve revealed so far

37.  what is their zodiac sign?

aquarius. i’d be lying if i said it was something else, cuz this girl has too much of me in her to not be an aquarius. (i think her twin sister got my virgo tendencies, do with that what you will)

38.  does your character have tattoos? what do they look like? if not, do they want any?

nope, issarissa does not have any tattoos. she’s a little averse to pain, so not something she’s considered. if pressed, she’d probably get a small, moon-themed design somewhere. for now, she prefers adornments in the form of embroidery on clothes and jewellery on her person
