Following the “anyone miss Strelitzia/elrena” ask I give you:
Elrena(post KH3) meeting Strelitzia again and Remembering. Remembering how she felt about her friend and Knowing things can’t ever return to that happy time. Elrena staring at this kid, who used to be her same age, who’s now a good 5-10 years younger than her. Who hasn’t changed.
Larxene, who’s changed so much, just watching Strelitzia, who’s barely changed at all….

Elrena spotted a flower on her way home.
She didn’t know why she stopped. A flower was a flower. Daybreak Town was filled with them. Winding on trellises, sitting in window boxes, planted in gardens. Too many, in Elrena’s opinion. There was always pollen in the air, irritating her nose and making her eyes water.
So she mostly ignored them as she walked through the streets. Her thoughts were taken by her current Heartless target—and any smaller enemies in the way. Important things.
This flower, though, caught her eye. It sat in the shadow of a wall, tucked out of sight. A single bloom for anyone who happened to take the backstreets. A cluster of petals fanned out like a crown atop the stalk. Elrena bent down and gently touched their points. The shape of the flower reminded her of a bird’s beak, the petal crown as a crest of feathers.
Those petals were what drew her interest. The bright orange stood out against the green leaves and stem, nearly the same shade as a certain someone’s hair. Hair she wanted to see unbound from its ribbons and free to flow in the wind. She stroked the petals and imagined her fingers running through those bright ginger locks.
Elrena realized she was blushing. She plucked the flower from the ground and carried it home.
well who knows when this is getting done but im vibing
