The sun peeks into your room through the windows, casting its light upon everything it can touch. A fan in your room moves the curtains slightly with it, keeping you cool away from the sun's harsh warmth outside.

You lie peacefully in your bed sleeping away, moving between different dreams that are just mashed up of different thoughts, some comprehensible, some not.

The world is calm this morning.

At least, it was at the start.

As you feel yourself being trapped within a dream, you start to hear a muffled voice outside. Someone saying your name over and over..and over..

You open your eyes once your name is clearly said, blinking to un-blur your vision as you turn to see who got into your house.

"Good Morning!" Blue smiles sweetly at you, leaning over the side of the bed to look at you.

"...Blue? How did you ge- oh wait, I gave you a key, that's right."

"Yep! I Always Make Sure To Have It When I Plan To Come See You." He holds it up to demonstrate.

"Okay, well..what are you doing here exactly?"

"I Wanted To Ask You Something And I Just Couldn't Wait For You To Wake Up- You Always Oversleep-"

"Sleep is peaceful. I don't have to do anything when I'm asleep."

You turn your head towards the doorway, seeing Stretch leaning in it, smiling lazily over at you. You give a half-hearted wave.

"Don't Encourage Them, Papyrus-" "don't lie, you like to sleep in too." "I- That's- Shush." You smile amusedly at the two, sitting up.

"Anyway, I Came Here To Ask If You'd Like To Join Us On Our Way To The Beach Today! We Wanted To Pick A Day Where Not-Too-Many People Were There. And That's Today."

"The beach? I dunno..I don't know if I have everything I need."

"We Could Go Shopping With You Beforehand, If You'd Like! C'mon, Don't You Wanna Have Some Fun Today? It Beats Sleepinggg-" Blue smiles, trying to persuade you. He succeeds.

"Eh, sure, why not? I'll check to see what I've got and what I need."

"Great! We'll Wait Downstairs."

"M'kay-" You watch them go downstairs, then stand up.

"Okay..time to find everything."

A bit of time passes as you scurry around your room, trying to find anything and everything you could possibly need for this daily trip.

You tend to overthink a little about every possible scenario there could be, wanting to be ready.

"you good in there?" You hear Stretch call to you from behind the closed door.

"Yeah, just gimme a sec." You grab the bag you placed everything in, before walking out of your room.

"did you get everything?" He smiles, glancing down at you while his hands are stuffed in his hoodie pockets.

"Yep- everything and beyond- just gotta get a new swimsuit. My last one's a bit too small for me now-"

"i'm sure we can find something for you once we're out."

The two of you talk as you walk downstairs until you finally reach the bottom, meeting up with Blue and walking out of the house.

You decide to sit in the back with your bag since there's more space and freedom to move there, relaxing for a bit. Some nostalgic songs play from Blue's playlist. Once you showed some classics to him he couldn't stop listening, so they pretty much fill up his playlist now.

"Comfy Back There?" "Yep, I'm all good here, Blue." "Just Making Sure-" He slides on some shades that were adjusted a bit to fit over his eyesockets.

You look out the window, smiling and waving at your neighbors as you pass by them. Everyone's so friendly here..it wasn't always like that, it took quite a bit of time before some of them warmed up to you. But once they did, you found yourself having strong bonds with them.

A neighborhood full of skeletons..who'd have thought it'd be possible? Certainly not you, that's for sure.

Everyone moving in was a pretty sudden surprise, but as time went on and you found yourself talking more and more with them, you couldn't imagine life without them.

"alright, looks like we're here."

"Oh, sweet." You smile as Stretch rolls the window up, sitting your bag down, grabbing your wallet and exiting the car before the others.

The three of you go into the store together, you taking your time picking out a swimsuit that suits your taste, as well as an oversized tee.

After a bit more time and a short fashion show, the three of you drive to the beach together. Surprisingly, it's completely empty today.

"Woah- no one is here? That's a bit odd- it's like..ridiculously hot out."

"we lucked out, it seems." "Aw, I Was Kinda Hoping I Could Talk To Some Other People. But! We Can Still Enjoy The Beach Plenty By Ourselves."

The three of you exit the car, the skeletons pulling out their beach equipment like floaties and an umbrella, you helping them carry some of it over to a nice spot near the water.

The three of you head over to the changing areas, you letting them go first, sitting down in a chair and waiting for them to come out.

They both decided to wear swim shorts of their signature colors, Blue's having some cute watermelon patterns and Stretch's having some flamingos. Ironic as always, aren't you, Stretch?

You go to change yourself, walking out and doing a 360 for Blue, feeling your face flush a little when he applauds your choices in swimwear.

You each make your way to the area where Blue set up an umbrella and some chairs. Stretch lies down on a towel, claiming he's "getting a tan", wearing some shades that cover his eyesockets. (He falls asleep within the span of a few seconds. How he does it, you'll never know.)

Blue starts to blow up some pool floats, careful not to bite into them and accidentally pop them. (He's done that before.)

You walk out to the water and feel it beckon you to enter it, so you do, running into it and falling face first, sinking until you're completely submerged.

Swimming has always been fun to do, floating beneath the bright blue water and swimming up if you sink too far.

You float back up to the surface, shaking your head a bit to get your hair away from your face and seeing Blue running towards the water.

"CANNONBALL-"

He jumps in, making a big splash next to you. You laugh a little and wait for him to swim up, grinning at you once he reaches the top.

You splash him with water, him promptly splashing you back. This goes on for a while before you end up accidentally splashing Stretch and waking him up.

"Oh shit- sorry, Stretch-"

"do you have any idea what you've just done?"

"Um-"

"you've declared WAR-"

And with that, he joined the two of you in the water, splashing you rapidly.

You find yourself laughing until water gets in your mouth, causing you to choke for a second before spitting it out. Gotta love it.

Blue steps in to defend you, the two of you teaming up against his brother in an epic splashing showdown.

Once you all get bored, you resort to swimming around for a while. Stretch floats on his back, and Blue dives underwater to see if he can find any hidden treasures.

"so, you having fun, hon?" Stretch opens one of his eyesockets to look at you as you swim up to him.

"Yeah, I'm really glad I decided to come with you guys today. It's pretty fun being able to swim. One of my favorite things about summer. And getting to be here with both of you, well..I wouldn't miss it."

You smile warmly, your smile growing a little when you see Stretch's cheekbones flush a light orange shade.

Blue emerges from the deep, popping up beside you.

"Room For One More?"

"Always."

You each chat and swim around a bit more before getting out of the water and drying off, you putting the tee over your swimsuit and sitting on the towel Stretch placed down a bit ago.

They grab some drinks out of a cooler and you grab some snacks you packed from a bag.

"So, Has Today Been..Entertaining?"

"Yeah, it's been super fun. We should do this again sometime."

"I'm Really Happy We Could Spend Some Time With You..Just The Three Of Us. Not That I Dislike The Others Or Anything, It's Just, Well..They Tend To..Catch Your Eyes More."

"Oh, Blue..I didn't know that was how you felt- I'll spend more time with you, promise. I don't want anyone to feel left out."

He simply nods in response, his cheekbones flushing a bit blue as he rests his head on your shoulder.

"don't forget me." Stretch sits down on your other side, leaning his skull on your head.

"I'm really happy I could spend the day with you..thanks for dragging me out of bed."

You all watch as the sun slowly sets, painting the sky with shades of purple and orange flowing together oh, so nicely.

"I can't wait.."

Stretch stood outside your door. This was crazy, he was crazy. Blue had been nagging at him to stop drinking so much processed honey as it had more bad ingredients than good ones, so Stretch promised him he’d find a local alternative.

When he had run dry on options, he came to you complaining that he wasn’t sure where to find local honey. What you told him next shook him to his very core.

You were a beekeeper, he had been mad at first, why didn’t you tell him this? You knew he liked honey!! he had stormed off in a haze, he regretted it now. .

So here he was outside your door, hesitating.

He was hoping you weren’t mad he ran out on you last week. . He had tried coming to your door several times, but got cold feet.

Sighing, he rang the doorbell, shuffling his hands into his bright orange hoodie. He scuffed his feet on the harsh ground outside your house, it was a small little thing with a huge backyard, he’d only been here once. As you were always coming over to his place.

The door slowly opened and your sweet face poked through,

“Stretch Sweetheart! What are you doing here?” You say in surprise, smiling sweetly at him. Your long hair covering your face a little, you had dyed it strawberry blonde recently. You wanted a new change of pace, it reminded Stretch of golden honey.

“Nothin honey, just wanted to see ya.” He said cooly, hands still in his pockets with an easy grin on his face.

You giggle at the nickname. Kicking your feet a little and feeling a little hot, you open the door for him to come inside. But a lingering question weighs on your mind, so before he can enter you suddenly ask. “Aren’t you mad at me? I thought you were- I’m not sure what i did to upset you but I’m sorry anyways.”

Stretch stopped in his tracks, shit, right he had stormed off without saying a word to you. . “Uh. . Yeah, i was a little bit. . But i realized it was for a pretty stupid reason. . So i kinda came here to apologize.”

“Oh! Oh don’t worry about that sweetheart! Its okay, we all get mad over silly things, tehe~ don’t worry about it to much I’m not mad at you for being mad at me!” You put a hand up to your face as you giggle, Stretch always found your laugh so cute and soothing.

“Anything you say doll.” You two walked inside, and Stretch plopped down onto your nice couch, he should’ve realized you were a beekeeper you had a bunch of yellow and orange stuff hanging around your house, you seemed to like cute things and nature to.

Your plush orange chair, your pale yellow sofa, the flowering plants hanging around your house, oh and the peace sign decorations cant forget those. You just gave the vibes of a flower girl, in the best way possible.

You had known Stretch for about a year now, and had gone on a few dates, but neither of you had told each other what your jobs were, you were casual, a bit too casual. And took things slow, a bit too slow. Thats why Stretch had gotten mad, but upon realizing you didn’t know where he worked either he felt a bit silly. You were both keeping things from the other.

“So would you like some tea?” You asked all sunshine and smiles. Your brown and white headband eliminating your hair wonderfully.

“Sure thing honey, add some honey to it wont’cha?” He winked at you, and you giggled again sticking out your tongue.

“Whats tea without honey silly! Thats like acorns without trees!” You playfully whip your hair around and walk off to fetch him the tea. As you’re making it you get a thought inside that funky brain of yours. Maybe you could show him the bees today? It’s a nice day outside, and he loves honey!

“Honey!” You call out head poking out of the kitchen as you waited for the kettle to warm up.

“Yes dear?”

“Wanna meet the bees today!” You say excitedly.

“Huh? Uh- i don’t know. .” He trailed off nervously, there weren’t really any bees in the underground. He wasn’t used to them at all.

“They wont sting you! They’re very gentle i promise!” Who could say no to that excited look on your face? Stretch certainly couldn’t.

“Oh alright. I suppose it wouldn’t hurt.” You laugh at his pun, as you leap back into the kitchen to check on the kettle, Stretch bursts out laughing as you dash away.

Its not long later that he finds himself outside cup of tea in his hands, staring at your multiple bee boxes in your background.

Nervous didn’t even begin to describe this. .

Here you are out here in your summer dress, golden earnings, honey hair lose and relaxed. With no protection on what so ever!! What if you got stung?!

“Shouldn’t you. . Um be wearing like. . Some protection. .” He trailed off as he saw you happily skip over to the bees not a care in the world, you looked like a radiant goddess as you opened up one of the hives.

A swarm of bees flew out, Stretch teleported beside you to protect you but. . None of the bees were stinging you. They were flying around, clearly agitated. But none were going for you.

You were giggling away happily. “Hello little honey bees, mommas here to show you her new partner!” You clapped your hands together in glee, your dress swagging around you.

Partner? That was the first time you had ever called him that. Sure you were dating but. . Stretch flushed a bright orange.

“Babe~ look!” You hold up a bunch of bees on your hands.

Stretch promptly freaked out. “What are you doing!? Your gonna get stung-“

“No I’m fine! I do this all the time, the bees are so gentle and kind!” You snuggle the bees up to your face, stretch grabs your hand and pulls it away. This agitates the bees, and they start flying around him. . One tries to sting him. . But nothing happens. . Huh guess stingers cant go through bone.

“Oh no!” Letting the bees back onto the box, you pick up the bee of his face. Inspecting the bee carefully, you sigh in relief.

“Um whats wrong, why are you more worried about the bee than me?” Stretch wasn’t jealous. . Of a bee. . Totally.

“Honey Bees die when they sting someone! But the stingers still intact. Which means it’ll survive.” Stretches eyes widen. He had no idea bees could die if they stung someone. .

“This is why they’re usually so gentle with me. . They only sting as a last defence to protect the colony.” You said sadly, he had never seen you frown before. . You were usually so upbeat like his brother.

“Hey it’s okay, i wont spook them again i promise.” You smile shyly at that. “That you.”

You suddenly got a pip in your step and a mischievous smile on your face. “Wanna try some honey?”

“Oh! You bet i do!”

Pulling out a peice of honeycomb from the bees nest, you cut a peice off and hand it over to your beloved.

“Wait, were just?? Eating it raw??” He was dumbfounded as he took the piece.

“Yeah it’s fresh and sweet!” You say cutting yourself a piece.

“Huh. . Okay!” He took a hesitant bite of his piece. . Oh my god. It was delicious, the honey melting in his mouth, it tasted way better than the store bought brands. . “Mhhhm! Dis is so good!” He said with his mouth full.

“I know right?” You said taking a bite of your own.

“Wanna help me collect honey from the other hives?”

“Absolutely!” Stretch had never really liked bees before, but now? He was a bee fanatic. He spent the rest of the day helping collect honey and store it.

When Blue came home that night, he found a bunch of jars full of homemade honey.

And a pair of sleeping honey lovers on his couch. He supposed he could let this slide. Just this once.

Grabbing a blanket he tucked them in. “Goodnight my little honeybees.” Jokingly he stated, having no idea of the day they had just had.

Okay hear me out while my laptop charges….i have a Thought brewing.

What if…reader who is madly in love with Stretch (obviously the man reciprocates harder than you do, let’s be honest. He falls both first AND harder) has an opportunity to bring him back to life?

Casper finds more of the Lazarus serum stashed away behind a broken wall, found while Kat is helping to renovate the attic, and he brings up his idea to reader.

He loves to make you flustered, leaving you a blushing mess and it works almost all the time

This is all after a good while when you two date and it continues after marriage 

Stretch loves to drag you to him with your belt loops, looping his long fingers through them and pulling you to him. Keeping his hands on your waist and planting his skull in your neck or his chin on your head. 

Stretch loves to hold you (If youre short aka me lol) either in a hug or flinging you over his shoulder

Though I will say you don't make it easy.

You start to squirm and wiggle, trying to get out of his arms. 

Swinging around and trying to fly out of his arms to the point that you two are wrestling now. Both fall onto the floor, you laughing while becoming basically water to wiggle out. 

Stretch does find this hilarious so he does it often. It helps get him off his non-existent butt and move around. Blue does approve! 🎉

Also while wiggling around with a smile you scream out “YOU CAN PICK ME UP! BUT I WILL NOT STAY CAUGHT!” while giggling like a mad-man. Which you are lol! Makes both brothers laugh🤣🤣

Also he will win half the time but just stopping and full on laying on you. Wrapping his arms around your midsection and skull in your neck. While you continue to wiggle out.

Also when someone is rude- man will defend himself, his is a sassy man and will also back talk whether they are being rude to him or you or Blue. (does know that Blue can defend himself but Blue being Blue he will punch the guy so Stretch does the back talking for him for good reason) 

Does also know that you can defend yourself, but he likes doing it for you since you find it hot

But when you want to do it he knows when that time is. So he stands there looking down at the person with a small smirk. 

Will ask “Wtf is the smirk for monster trash.” until you walk up with boss music around you and then that's when the show arrives. 😈

Fr like “Hey Stretch where's your attitude?” “Ah-” walks off and throws you over his shoulder “Here” he points at you “Sup😗✌🏻” 

And its funny cause its the opposite for you “No one is gonna put up with your attitude.” as he walks over and again throws you over the shoulder and walks off with you. Stretch deals with the attitude in his own way, thats up to you to decide lol! 

Now when Stretch gets an attitude you find it such a turn on 

But directed at you? 

His voice lowers and puts more bass in it and growls a bit 

You have no clue if it pisses you off or turns you on more 

so you stand there staring at him having no clue wtf to do lol!

One of Stretch’s favorite things to do to you is sit next to you, on the couch or just on a chair. 

Grunting a bit and then looking at you, doesnt matter what your doing, drawing, reading, writing, maybe eating, heck maybe out and about with friends doesnt matter

He gonna put his hand under the chair and and drags it towards him 

And everytime it makes you jump a bit cause you keep forgetting about it and it genuinely startles you. 

Even when its on the couch 

He will grab ya and place you onto his lap, being quiet until you ask him questions on his interests and he starts to yap about it and other nerdy things. 

You just love hearing his voice along with his little “Nyeh hehe”s they are so stinking cute it melts you everytime. 

Whenever he needs to move a bit, he’ll groan a bit and move

One time he did do one and it was when you two were walking home at night. Blue decided to stay and Alphys and Undyne, your feet were hurting and so Stretch didn't take your hand and teleport like normal. He moves your hand to his shoulder and he picks you up bridal style with one hand. 

Omgggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg when i say blush i mean tomato blush. By the three golden goddesses you found it so hot you just couldnt do anything but stay there and look pretty for him

what are the boys like to sleep with? Like, you mentioned Dust has to hug things or reader to be able to fall asleep, now I’m curious about the others,,, But for some reason I can most definitely see Saint be an insanely light sleeper(don’t blame him for all that bs he and Lunar went through). Like, someone’s walking round the house? He is immediately awake. Reader goes to get a glass of water or sm? He wakes up cause of the change of weight in the bed.

also I feel like at least one of the boys kick in their sleep…and red prolly takes up the entire bed idk he just seems like that kinda guy lololololololololol

Hello, hi! I'm trying to slowly crawl back into writing again, and since I remembered that it was Swap Sans' birthday yesterday, it inspired me to work on this! I hope you like it!!

Dust: As stated previously, he needs to hold onto something in order to peacefully sleep. When he fully can trust his surroundings, he's quite the heavy sleeper and loves to cling onto whatever he has a hold of. He likes to be warm, and he may purr a little

Vanilla: He can sleep wherever and however, since he is capable of doing so for comedic reasons. If he had a partner, his sleep schedule is so skewed it would be probable that he would fall asleep first any chance he could get. He likes to sort of- curl up, in some sense? He, like Dust, clings onto something but in a less desperate and clingy way. He likes to drape himself around something, if that makes sense? He prefers to cuddle in his sleep, and he drools a little when really comfortable. He likes to be the little spoon, but he is capable of switching it up at times since he just wants to be comfortable no matter what. He purrs loudly, as much as he may act like he never has

Cyperus: He sleeps very soundly and he rarely moves in his sleep. He snores a little, and only seems to purr when you both fall asleep at the same time. He would be great to sleep on as the big spoon, mainly because he's mastered the skill of doing so when he got bigger. (Vanilla and him used to cuddle a lot, it was always super nice bonding :-)) ) He's very punctual about sleeping at an appropriate time and about waking up early. If you're the type to sleep in, he's able to disentangle you from him with ease without waking you up, despite being as loud of a skeleton as he is. He likes to stroke your hair before he leaves, like a little pet as he makes sure you're cozy

Powder: He is similar to Cyperus in a lot of ways, but he is a bit of a lighter sleeper than him. He likes to cuddle no matter if he is the big or little spoon, but he likes the feeling of either. He stirs a bit in his sleep, but that usually just ends up with him finding a way to have you sleeping on his chest. He likes to have a slightly cold body temp when sleeping, so you don't have to worry about him stealing the blanket. He may sometimes wear specific clothes too when you cuddle together so that he doesn't wake up feeling sweaty. He rarely does this, but he may sometimes drool if he's had a long day and you're the perfect thing to sleep on, and he'll purr in appreciation while thanking you

Stretch: He LOVES cuddling, but he's much more shy about it than most. He likes the feeling of being relied on, so when you end up cuddling him he feels really special and happy. He makes sure not to move too much despite his more fidgety nature, usually having a fidget toy on hand if you fall asleep first. He likes being able to place his head on you sometimes though, and he gets really flustered when he does. He struggles going to sleep in general, but you're like a giant plushie for him. He smells really nice, so he naturally is aware that you'll probably feel more drowsy when around him. He doesn't mind if you fall asleep while he rambles, he can look at you when your features are relaxed without fear of looking weird. He purrs when he can cuddle, as much as he's embarrassed about it

Red: He does, in fact, move around a lot. He gets really hot, naturally, but his body temperature isn't used to being naturally cold unless he's asleep. So, while in the process of trying to stay warm and comfortable, he moves around a LOT. He steals the blanket often, snores, and he struggles staying asleep. When you come around, he gets really embarrassed and avoids trying to move around a lot. When he found out, though, that your chest is really soft AND warm? He clung onto you easily. He latches onto you, and he always finds a way to bury his face against you, even when drooling. (Ew/t) He purrs lowly and quietly, but he always denies doing so (he's embarrassed)

Pitch: He's the most similar to Cyperus when it comes to both of their sleeping habits. However, he wakes up in the middle of the night due to nightmares. He may wake up with a start, jolting awake when you least expect it. He doesn't sit up and panic like others may interpret, but you definitely feel when he wakes up. He holds really still, and you can feel how his bones may tremble, if not just a bit. He tries so hard not to wake you up, but if you do, he apologizes in a very formal, soft tone that is very different from his usual voice. He's not very cuddly, but under the blankets, away from prying eyes, his hands find yours for solace. He may just need you to let him stare at you for a bit, may need you to rub your thumb along his skeletal hands. Only then can he go back to sleep, his purring barely audible

Saint: You are very correct when it comes to how he sleeps. He struggles a lot with sleeping in general, and he's a light sleeper due to his paranoia. He senses when you're out of bed, or if something is wrong, due to his ability to read into the finer details. He likes to at least make sure you're close to him when sharing the bed. It had to take a lot to begin with to even be in the same bed, so your relationship would be very strong by then. This is when he's the most clingy, especially since he knows that you trust him enough to even sleep beside him. He's hyper vigilant, and it would be rare to be the one to see him asleep. He drools a little (picked up the pattern yet? Hehehe) and he looks the most relaxed at that state. He likes to stroke your hair when you are asleep, and he likes to stare at you. When he does get to sleep and he can trust his environment, he snores a little. He may struggle staying asleep, but when he's deeply able to sleep, he really loves to curl up with you in his arms. He likes being the either spoon, but he feels the most protective when he's the big spoon and he purrs while pressing his cheek against you

Lunar: Hyper vigilant, holding a lot of hyper tension. Lunar and Saint would take turns sleeping when they were in the underground, never both at the same time. When he's awake, he makes sure you're tucked in. He's very good at soothing, especially since he'd soothe Saint a lot when he struggled to sleep. He likes to rub your back, and he'll speak gently random things until you fall asleep. If he can manage to sleep though at the same time you do (he'd have to absolutely trust his environment completely), he barely stirs. He will sense if you're absent, but otherwise he just seems completely comfortable and relaxed. He places you close to his chest, and he'll have the most quiet of purrs. He would have thought he lost the ability to if it weren't for you

You looked up to see Stretch in the doorway, watching you. You'd ended up with a bad cold after you and the Stars ended up in a blizzard while trying to protect that AU's Snowdin. One of these days you'd actually remember to bring proper snow gear, but it was hard to figure out when you'd need it or not. Lucky skeletons with their immunity to temperature and no immune system to worry about.

"Fleshy humans don't handle cold and wet very well," you grumbled, laying back on the couch. At least out in the living room you could watch TV better and it was less work to get to the kitchen when you actually felt up to eating something.

"Bro wants me to look after you today," Stretch said, stepping into your apartment some more. He looked around. "Have you been living out of your living room?"

"Closer to everything." You ended up having a bit of a coughing fit, making Stretch look at you with concern.

"I have an entire list from Blue of things I'm supposed to do for you." You both laughed a bit at that. "First on the list is soup."

"I've got canned soup in the cupboard you don't have to go all Blue and make it from scratch."

Stretch nodded, making his way into the kitchen. He spent the day looking after you, but in the lazy, casual way you'd come to know and expect from him. Bundled up in blankets on the couch, watching TV together while Stretch cracked the occasional lame pun. You closed your eyes, dozing off for a bit. Being sick was exhausting.

At some point you started waking up, but eyes remained closed, too comfortable to truly start getting up.
