Gotta love watching an amorphous fluffball of feathers turn back into a bird before your eyes

One of the neighbours was hanging out on the garden gate when I went out to lock up the birds tonight.

This family has been living here for the last eight years or more with juveniles hatched every one of those years. I love that we share these woods.
