I just handed in a written final exam. There was a teacher who was being very gentle and casual, calling me by my name and everything, as if I knew him. I asked him who he is, turns out he was my teacher in another subject, at a time when I was in a bad mental place. Someone else took charge of takings notes at class and I did all the work at home without meeting the teacher. At least everybody knows 'my memory is awful', so it didn't weird him out the fact that I couldn't remember him.

“Surrounding yourself with the right people is important, no matter what stage you are at in your career, and IISM did that for me,” said Rushabh Shah, a Bachelor of Sports Management graduate from IISM. 🎓

He reflected on his journey so far, sharing how IISM gave him not just great peers but also faculty who each brought something unique to his learning experience.

From his first opportunity with ProCam International where he travelled across India gaining hands-on experience, to now working in Business Development in a Sales & Marketing role, his journey has been one of reflection, growth, and continuous learning.
