Officially a Bio Major!! 🧬

I officially declared my major as Biology this morning!

In today’s biology lab we watched a Jane Goodall documentary, and I really enjoyed it! It’s crazy how human-like chimps are. I’ve got 9 1-page reflections due for my religions class in a couple weeks, so I’m desperately trying to find the motivation to knock those out. We’ll see how it goes.

The school year is almost done! I’ve only got about 3 more weeks left of school. Which means I’ve only got 2 exams left in trig 😳 So I’ve been studying nonstop. If I ace the next two exams then I’ll finish with an A! Prayer circle for my gpa this semester 🙏🏾

Bus ride productivity!🚌

One thing I’ve learned so far in my first year as a college athlete, is that bus rides are a time to be productive. I feel like I’ve spent so much time being on the bus due to all our travel, and I’ve had to complete various assignments on the way to and from games. Hurray for productivity!

Currently sitting in a Ruby Tuesday before our quarterfinal game! I’m really hyped about it. School on the other hand... I’ve got a lot to do before the semester is over 😬 On the bright side, I’m not in danger of dropping below an A in any class. So that’s a plus.

I’m back!!

My freshman year of college starts this month! Both excited and nervous for this new chapter in my life. I’m flying to Georgia today, a few days ahead of move-in day because I’ve got physicals today. I haven’t left the state yet and I already miss my dog 🥺
