So hi besties and study buddies this is your Tarun here, I am inviting you guys to participate in this really amazing self improvement challenge ( unlike my last one which was too focused just on studying) So I want you guys to participate and here are the rules of the challenge
This is a monthly 30 - days productivity challenge! Here the rules are pretty simple :
1. You have to work for a minimum of 4 hours and 30 minutes of exercise
2. You have to eat healthy food and try meditation ( meditation is optional)
3. 2 days of social detox per week ( in total 8 day of staying away from social media but because you have to post in Tumblr opening it is allowed )
4. Post your plan per week or day and try to complete 70 % or above

Now I am really sorry for not posting for a while I had exams and had to focus on getting marks in them so unfortunately was unable to post 😭😭 but I am back now
