~Guardian Celebi~
I’ve noticed Mew and Jirachi both have sub-species and I thought, why not Celebi? So I made one.
Appearance:
The Guardian Celebi can vary in appearance. All Guardian Celebi have a pair of wings on their temple’s and rear, these wings grow as they accomplish their goals for each person their wings grow larger or they start growing new pairs.
The Guardian Celebi don’t always have feathered wings but feathered wings are the most common. Unlike normal Celebi, they do not have antennae.
Habits:
A Guardian Celebi feels their very purpose is to improve an aspect of life (i.e Popularity, Friendships, Political Power, etc.) for a host, they feed off of the success of improving their chosen aspect the way they believe is correct for their host.
Guardian Celebi is stubborn in their views on their chosen aspect and believes they’re always helping their current host with the chosen aspect of life. They do not like being told their views are incorrect and hate when their host doesn’t want to improve the aspect any longer, at which point they will start to force their host.
Hosts:
Guardian Celebi will search far and wide for a host that wants to change an aspect of their life.
Once a host is chosen they are given a token from the Celebi to symbolize the relationship, The Token cannot be forcefully removed. The Token can be a feather, a gem, fabric, or a piece of jewelry, as long as it can be worn by the host.
Unknown to the host the Token allows the Guardian to become only visible to the host and control the host's body when the Guardian Celebi feels it is necessary.
Once the Guardian Celebi feels the host has fully improved the aspect of life they will take back their token and go off to search for a new host.
How to get rid of an unwanted Guardian Celebi:
It’s believed the only safe way to get rid of a Guardian Celebi is to fully improve what they’re trying to change.
But sometimes there are hosts who don’t want to improve the aspect any longer and seek out help to get rid of the Celebi much to the Celebi’s displeasure, this usually ends with the Celebi controlling the host forcefully.
To get rid of an unwanted Guardian Celebi one must destroy their token, hosts are unable to do so themselves as the Celebi will stop them.
Destroying a Guardian Celebi’s token will cause them to be vulnerable and unable to feed. In this state, they will either be killed by something or someone or starve to death
OPEN SPECIES
(I’d be great if you can tag me if or when you make one)

The demo for a new 2.5D action/adventure game, Sub-Species, is available now on PC.
Nebuli
( @aroandroid (noooo it won’t let me tag you) I finally came up with lore for this pair, in the form of a sub-species!)
A Nebulous is a creature from the heavens, having fallen down to Earth. These creatures are made up of the stars that they came from, with a nebula at their ‘core,’ their ‘heart.’ Their colors range from dark to light, with their wings being a lovely shade of purple. Surrounding them is star dust, adding to the twinkling of stars already within their bodies. They thrive at night, and in dark spaces. And while they don’t fear the daylight, they’re sluggish in lighter areas, and their illustrious bodies are dulled.
Falling down to Sornieth, these creatures have opted to take the forms of dragons, or something close to them. Nebuli (the plural for Nebulous) will often huddle with one another, taking comfort in something familiar. It’s rare to see a Nebulous by itself. If you find one by itself, it is probably lost, injured, or sick. However, if they see a dragon that looks similar to them (with the genes Starmap and/or Constellation), they will go to them, searching for solace.
While they take on the form of dragons on Sornieth, their true forms are gaseous, just like a nebula. They’re a floating form of gas, stars, and dust just going along and minding their own business. They’re not harmful. They cannot hurt anyone, they’re physically incapable of causing harm. Because they’re made of such light materials, no matter what dragon form they take, they’ll always be lighter than that species’ normal weight. But they are very protective of their ‘cores’--the nebula inside of them. For if its destroyed, they die, never to come back in any form. They’re flighty, because of this. If they sense harm will come to them, they will shift into their gaseous form, and run.
When Nebuli die, they return to the heavens, joining the stars and galaxies above. But this is only if they die by natural causes. If their ‘core’ is destroyed, or if they are injured, they will disappear without a trace, unable to become one with space once again. All Nebuli fear this death. In the end, they all want is to return back to the stars.
I hope you all know that there’s a sub-species of gorilla in africa officially named Gorilla gorilla gorilla,
it’s the most gorilla you can get scientifically
Been adding some underwater currents to the new level of Sub-Species. What do you think?
We had great fun chatting to Game Overload. Want know why Trench is now called Sub-Species? Well now you can, right here!
