PSA to nurses, caregivers and fat people everywhere:

if you're doing an abdominal injection on a fat person, you DO NOT have to pinch. doing so is unnecessary and may cause bruising. just slide the needle in at a 45 degree angle and it won't go anywhere near the muscle. stop torturing fat people's bellies today!

Anyone have any tips for sudden and intense injection anxiety? I'm about 3 weeks on t and everytime I try to do my injection I just can't do it and then eventually I start crying. I am about 2 days late on my shot

Administered my first subcu shots today & it went better than expected. Today has been amazing & its my best friends birthday ❤️
