A different WOD today as we worked on our weaknesses aka "suck list." That gave me time to work on getting my muscle-up. I've set a self-imposed deadline of getting my first muscle-up by the Games which gives me 7 weeks. Worked on the progression with dips, presses, and the false grip. Going to have to hit this on my own at least a few times per week.

Need to work on my form a ton. My back keeps rounding and I'm trying to use my arms too much instead of letting my legs do the work.
