haunting your technology in your household appliances happy but lonely
“you’re everyone you hate when you’re asleep or awake all the choices you’ve made you’re everyone you hate and it’s ruining your life and it’s ruining you’re life and it’s ruining you’re life. This is ruining you’re life” - Giles Corey<333
got stuck letting it hurt when i should have let it go
i am not okay. i'm trying so hard not to make it worse. i hate feeling like this, & i don't know how to fix it. it just gets bigger while i get smaller. i wish i could just erase my entire existence from the memory of everyone who's ever known me.. maybe that's what i've been trying to do all this time ?
Suffer better, not more.
This is my new life mantra. My theory is that Humans like to suffer, deep down. We do all sorts of things that will in the long term or after the fact have “benefits”, or things that seem to benefit us now but will have hellish repercussions.
Examples;
Alcohol- fun now, hangover later
Relationships- fun/hard now, hurts later/pays off later
Treats(food)- rates good now, feel shitty later
Work- hard during, (literally)pays off later

The point is, you will always have to pay the price for the price for whatever actions you take, so instead of suffering MORE, suffer better.
Weigh the options and make the questionable choices, but do so realistically.
Drink the alcohol that TASTES GOOD and gets you drunk, not just whatever is cheap and there.
Have relationships with people but be prepared for the absolute shitstorm that inevitably happens time to time, cut off people who are bad for you, recognize the difference by valueing yourself and taking a step back for an outside perspective once in a while.
Eat foods that aren’t good for you but be ready for what may happen, have them in smaller quantities or less often
Work a job that isn’t absolute hell to you, this goes back to the whole “Love what you do” thing.

SUFFER BETTER, NOT MORE

LEARNING TO SUFFER BETTER
LEARNING TO SUFFER BETTER
At times I have ignored the signs. I have put my head down and walked past the arrows that would lead me in the right direction. Some people say its hard headed and some say you have to learn first. But the struggle and the suffering for me has made all of the difference over the past few months.
For the past 9 months I have failed at running. As quoted by many I am the…
