It wasn’t long before the first flash of lighting decided to strike. We both turned in it’s direction as it slowly disappeared. Immediately after, Yoongi turned to looked at me with an irritated glare. I smiled and chuckled softly. I tried to make it seem like it didn’t bother me and it was only some lighting, but the clap of thunder that came afterwards said otherwise.

At that, Yoongi sighed and began to pick up our things so we can hurry back to the car. However, rain starts falling anyways getting us drenched right away. Yoongi groans sending another glare my way while I laugh innocently hoping he isn’t too mad at me. Yet, he decides not to dwell on it and starts jogging back to my car.

“I’m going to kill you once we get back to your house.” Yoongi stated. His wet fringe caused him to push it back every few seconds so it wouldn’t cover his eyes.

“It’s just a bit of rain! Enjoy it!” I grinned. I nudged him with my elbow and tried to lighten the mood.

“We're in the middle of a thunderstorm and you want to stop and feel the rain?” Yoongi scoffed and started to walk a little faster.

“There’s nothing wrong with a little bit of rain Yoongi!” I whined and picked up my pace as well.

Lightning began to strike more often while thunder clapped soon after it. Obviously the rain wasn’t going to stop anytime soon.

“Honestly… I don’t even know how I put up with you.” A soft smile appeared on Yoongi’s face.

I laughed at Yoongi’s comment while I pushed him slightly and we both laughed. We both slowed down to a quick walk and I put my hand out to feel the rain drops fall.

“It’s because the great and amazing min yoongi loves me, right?” I gave Yoongi a smirk and another nudge with my elbow while I wiggled my eyebrows at him.

“Yeah, I do love you…” Yoongi muttered softly.

I gave Yoongi a big smile and another soft push. When I pulled back I noticed he was more serious than earlier. Maybe I had gone too far with my teasing...

“Hey… are you okay? Sorry if I teased you too much. Let’s hurry to the car, yeah?” I pulled on his sleeve and gave him an apologetic smile.

“Y/n… there is something wrong. Maybe I should have said this sooner but, I think I'm in love with you and I'm terrified.” Yoongi gave me a hard look meaning he was serious. Not knowing how to properly react, I bit my lip and gave him a smirk.

“Gosh Yoongi, for somebody that claims to hate cliches and cheesy stuff you sure confessed in one of the most cliche ways possible.” Even in the rain and the darkness around us, I could see Yoongi’s cheeks become flushed and red.

“Ugh, let me live. Let’s get to the car.” He rolled his eyes and I chuckled softly, quickly following his pace.

》 Freelancing was never easy. At least, not when you got paid less than you deserved and not many opportunities would show up anyways. So, a part time job at an art store was perfect for a painter like him. At first, it was mostly to help him pay rent, but when he was told about the employee discount, the part time job also helped him with any supplies he wanted or needed. And today, was just like any other day. It was his normal shift. Only 30 minutes left until he was done. He had been working on a “quick” drawing in the last hour to make time go by while the store was empty. Nobody came in this early anyways. He mostly used it as his own free time to brainstorm for ideas. When he decided the drawing was finished, he turned the page to start a new one, only to find that he had filled up all the pages. He sighed and closed the book, shoving it to the side. Making a mental note to pick up a new one before he left. He checked the time and was surprised to see his shift was done, so he walked to where the sketchbooks were. As soon as he turned into the aisle, he saw her, two sketchbooks in hand, debating over which brand to buy. He pouted a bit to himself before deciding to recommend the one he normally uses. He grabbed one for himself and one for her and walked up to her. He smiled and she grabbed it, thanking him. It was a normal exchange but for some reason it felt different. Instead of going home, he walked into the canvas isle and picked one up. When he got home, he began to sketch.
