So after 2 weeks of doing no sports and eating what I wanted I got back on track this monday.
I did buy only clean food excluding the dark chocolate for really hard cravings 😅 I really need to focus on my goals again thats why I try to eat no sweets or any stuff that has a lot of sugar in it. I am still convinced a balanced/ flexible diet is the best but I can see that I have a little problem controlling my sugar/high calorie intake. That's why I will cut them almost completely for some time until I can say that I don't need them to be satisfied or tomfeel good.
And I also want to try a vegan diet. I mostly cook vegan but I always add some meat to get my daily protein. Like toady, some zoodels with onions, kidney beans and pork sausage. But I want to try to get my protein somewhere else, so if you have practical knowledge please tell me!! I do know in which foods I can find a lot of protein but I think I can't eat that much veggies or legumes or can I?!😂 Of course I will keep you up to date when I start my vegan expierience!
