I wish to know more about Do’Kataj Rojatha’a, and Softpaw.
hoho! Good for you, the two actually interact during ESO’s events! They first meet during a diplomatic meeting in Daggerfall, where Sumala was one of the Dominion soldiers sent to represent the faction. Kataj hates his guts at first sight for being the incarnation of many of the traits she despises from the Elsweyri, mostly the bragging, the relaxed attitude and the kitsch. Her scorn doesn’t escape Sumala (he might be loud, he’s far from stupid) who then takes a lot of pleasure from trying to piss her off.
Their mutual grudge is reingnited a few months later when the two meet during a mission. This time factions do not matter, they’re in a hostile zone with Daedric forces who do not care much for what banner you walk under. Kataj reluctantly works with him to escape the area and at the end gains a bit of respect for him for his courage and reliability in combat. She still greatly dislikes him as a person, which he is very fine with. At this point he also stops fucking with her on purpose.
Another fun fact about those two : they could have met much earlier! They both come from Pellitine where they were trained in martial arts in Elsweyr temples. Do’Kataj was strictly there for the instruction and left the country as quickly as she could but Sumala stayed there until the war erupted, so the probability of the two having been in the same temple together is very high.
The khajiit definition is very removed from what you’d traditionally expect from the word but technically Sumala does count as a monk now that I think of it. He spend his early years learning fighting and magic, and tried (but failed) at becoming a craftsman too. On her side, Kataj knew very early she wanted to be a warrior so learned all she could from elsweyri’s martial tradition before leaving. She took a boat to High Rock and ended up working on it for several years, bonding with its crew and taking a huge liking to orsimer and redguards. She got her last name (Rojatha’a - Wild-Eyes, the wild eyed) from them and then decided to go to Hammerfell to learn more about their sword fighting. After that she became a bodyguard for the Covenant’s nobility, then got drafted in the war. Meanwhile while she was sailing off with her fratboat Sumala was probably scrubbing pans happily for his community and lifting the younger pupils for the flex
Drawing more OC refs for ArtFight to mitigate nasty art block. Here's my golden boy paladin I used to play in ESO. He is very cutes
additional cursed content of the night here are some of my khajiit characters but hairless

“Imagine yourself being gently held by tall large khajiit men” god pls I would love hugs from giant kitties!!!

What moon phase is Rezad? Does he like wearing certain colors / patterns over others? Tell me more about Sumala!! He seems like a happy boy. Have you drawn out your headcanons for the different forms of Khajiit?
Rezad would love greek style geometrical patterns, but he’d also like softer lines like art nouveau! He is a cathay and does not have a favorite color yet - I currently have him wear an outfit that fits his colors, so in tones of brownish gold. I figure he’d also love blues a lot, especially light ones, like sky colors, which I chose for his guild emblem (x)
As for Sumala?
I wanted a healer, so I made a healer, and wanted to make him look as lovely as possible, so I made a huge and round khajiit with a big smile and even bigger bright green eyes. I decided he’d be very simple and he’d love being such a strong and reliable party member, and since I like drawing very strong and reliable sweet khajiit, I decided his entire family would be like that. Like J’birra.
Here he is with @azuwah‘s pirate queen, rocking our tabard and a smile. :3
For the different type of khajiit, I only have my specific headcanons for the Dagi and Tojay. I picture both of them as very small, the size of a human child for the -raht. Tojay would be more feline, with long tails for navigating in trees, very agile. Dagi would be as agile, but more versed in magic, and would look like a very small ohmes-raht (..furry bosmer) with weird tree hopper legs.
Here are Jahrann (tojay-raht) and Dar-ji (dagi) from the caravan of Jahrann’s aunt having a chat
SUMALA 2024
✨ Sumala — Thoughts
finished watching: september 16, 2025 mood: horror
💭 thoughts (with spoilers lol):
i only watch horror shows with other people. i am not strong for this genre. as for this movie, most of the pictures are scary so i pick this one. the plot is very good and the story flows nicely from start until the end. from the very beginning, the mother should tell the father about the babies and everything but she just wants to hide it from everyone else, which is understandable. it's just that on day 1, the mother should already expect bad ending to her life. i don't agree when she acts so surprised after learning her fate. it was weird in a way. i mean, there should be a better way to make the thing works...but again if it works, then there's no story. lol. the story is ok but very gory.
score: 7/10 re-watchability: no
