Yellow melons everywhere but which one to eat? You can’t choose a bad one, not on my experience. They are all sweet, thirst quenching, cooling….and diabetic friendly. Look at their glycemic load rating. Alright…let’s dive in!

When I’m not lovin’ summer melon season, I’m sewing rooster aprons with pleats for my online shop ( www.etsy.com/shop/topdrawerthreads ). Or, I’m reading emails and crocheting scarves from upcycled yarn for my other shop ( www.etsy.com/shop/topdraweryarns ).
My daughter’s (and friend) have an online shop, www.etsy.com/shop/yesdesigns , where they design and sew summer knickers with pocket.
My older daughter has an online shop, www.etsy.com.shop.wildwovenwomen , where she designs and creates summer camping afghans from upcycled yarn.
On the go but still want to be in the know regarding great summer books? Check out my audio book review blog for some ideas - www.lendmeyourears2017.tumblr.com .
