Ingredients: 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs. 1/4 cup olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. 1 teaspoon lemon zest. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup chicken broth. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish.
