One month ago, I began taking Bollywood dance classes with a teacher who came to Greece all the way from India through hardships and struggle. Apart from an incredible dancer, choreographer and teacher, Sumon Rudra is also a great person and took time and effort to shoot this mini-documentary and create a crowdfunding campaign in order to raise money for an amazingly talented crew of dancers in India that lack the appropriate equipment and environment to train and develop their dancing skills.
If we all join our forces, we can raise enough money to buy dance shoes for the children, a laptop with internet connection, a reasonable sound system and a three-month dance course for the crew.
Lakhan and his crew have real talent, real commitment and real energy. They deserve a real chance.
