Hooray! I used to do Sunday Currently on my previous blogs, and I really missed doing this (although most of the time, I forget).
Reading
After Dark by Haruki Murakami. It’s been a while since I last read one of his novels and I’m glad I did for I’m in dire need of his wisdom. After Dark is a collection of his usual bizarre short stories which will leave you either sad or utterly mind fucked.
Writing
Notes on whatever I decided to study on. Today I focused on Quantum Physics. Also, I’m back to writing poems and prose.
Listening
Mostly to Kodaline and gnash. They never fail to give the feels when you needed it the most.
Watching
Black Mirror which is fucking me up big time, and House of Cards because Frank Underwood’s manipulative nature is beyond amazing. I also started watching Friends. Hilarious.
Thinking
Of Black Mirror’s S03E01 gravely resembles our society today. I won’t be surprised if the future turns out to be like that - people rating you from 1-5 stars and being at the top of the social ladder at four and a social pariah at two. It forces people to be like everyone else just to fit in and belong. It’s sad.
Smelling
Liquor and chocolate. They surprisingly go well together. Or it’s just me.

My menstrual cramps would stop. I didn’t exercise to prevent my usual sever dysmenorrhea, so here’s my punishment.

Happy. I am genuinely happy these past few days, and I don’t want this to go away.
It’s been ages since I have a proper blog post. Anyway, today, I’m sort of slowing down. Trying to breath in betweens, appreciating what’s in front of me and taking a break from turning one page to another. Life has been pretty busy especially a new school term is up. School work occupied my mind and time a lot this month. This weekend, I’m lucky not to have any events or plans, that is why here I am trying to write.

Reading The Trials of Apollo. This book has been on my Goodreads currently reading for the longest time. I’m finally hitting the last few chapters because the plot escalated at last. I had a minor set back in the middle of the book, hence the slump. I might talk about it in a possible review.
Listening to Shape of You. I’m beyond ready for Ed Sheeran’s 2017 comeback. Last year was an absolute drought in terms of my favorite artists. It seems like they conveniently avoided the 2016 mess. Anyway, I’m really digging this song. To my ears, it’s like a lovechild of Sing and Don’t.
Writing next week’s agenda. I’m really into organizing this year and next week’s looking quite eventful on top of preparing and brainstorming blog posts.
Watching StealTheSpotlight’s 2017 Fashion Trends. I love watching (and reading) fashion forecasts just to be in the loop, style-wise. These come in handy whilst shopping and deciding outfits. I know it’s not a rule to be “on trend” but as a fashion enthusiast, I really like to immerse myself on what’s happening in the fashion world.
Wearing my pyjamas because I’m more than ready to hit the sack. It’s been a long day, my friends.
Loving lemon water and hitting the gym! I dreaded drinking lemon water at first but now that I’m used to it, it’s actually kinda addicting. The best thing is I’m now drinking more water than usual.
Thinking about how I’m finally pulling this blog off. I’m in awe because I wanted to do this for the longest time but things just don’t work out. Not want to jinx it or anything but I think I’m really off to a good start.
Feeling nervous as hell. I have an upcoming job interview. I really hope I get it. Unemployment was fun the first few weeks but I’m beyond bored now.
Wanting to go shopping!! Knit and outerwear are on sale at the moment. I can’t wait to rock winter clothes in Korea this March.
