OMG speaking of, I have a new riddle!! I worked really hard on this one lol. Here ya go:
I court a lake that fits a cup, I woo the wind that heats it up. My hands are calm, my pulse is wild- For every end begins beguiled.
I swear I’ll stop, I swear I’m free- Yet kneel again before the sea That steams, that sings, that waits for me.
The answer is a little niche. But the real ones will get it. I apologise in advance for how hard this is lol.

So basically, after my totally not suspicious, cryptic or ominous return from my weeklong absence, people kept calling me suspicious and thinking too hard about what I've been doing... so I distracted them with a lovely riddle I made.
Everyone was trying to guess the riddle and throughout this I began to spread the idea that my riddles are better than the Riddler (which they are).
Unrelated but this also sent me back onto my hyper fixation of riddles.
Then @fancysheepnacho dubbed me Erratic Riddler and we've been spreading the propaganda ever since 🥹🫶

'me asking my friend to pass me chips/ me passing chips to my friend'
For the riddle, Are you giving your friends the chips, maybe a bugles band one because bugles are a warning of war?

So here's my guess
Is it just you asking your friend to give you chips? Or something along those lines
Although "The relic migrates- not to mine, to thine." Implies that the chips were given to someone else, so giving the chips to someone else? Or rather not giving them to you but that's a good thing 'Should fate be kind'
also if it is about chips or something (like a previous post Implied) does that mean that the 'Oracle', the 'Sun-forged shards', and the 'relic' all refer to the chips
I will continue to think about this, but wanted to tell you my first guess
