Friendly reminder that on the left you have how Sakura last remembers seeing Suo, which is when he last said goodbye to them, and on the right is how Nirei last saw Suo

I feel like this explains exactly why their reactions to this whole issue are so different, it's not that Nirei isn't affected, it's that he actually saw with his own two eyes that Suo was not okay and lying through their whole confrontation and this last view he got was the confirmation he needed. Meanwhile Sakura only remembers the version of Suo who was there for him, who cheered him on, who said outrageous shit to tease him, who smiled at them, who said "see you tomorrow" and then disappeared and beat up Nirei...

You guys understand why Nirei is coping better with the situation, right?

if sunisa were to sleep all in one futon the logical choice for the person sleeping in the middle is suo because he sleeps like a vampire in a coffin and is therefore a good barrier between sakura "probably curls up like a koala around suo's arm" haruka and nirei "becomes a sleeping whirlwind and flings his limbs around and therefore has to sleep on the outside" akihiko.

sorry though suo. you may be the primary sufferer of nirei's limbs.
